I really like the board... I give it a 9 since the RJs didn't work out of the box... but my board won't be here until thursday this week... It was lost in Jackson, MS... and they found it today... so i can't WAIT for my board... The board i was on was a friends that i was help building...

www.oldversion.com is a nice archieve of where u can find "old versions" of apps like WinAmp... 5 lite is for me...

Won't be able to till next weekend... it is @ a collge right now.. i'll send dude an email and see if he can try it out for me since i can't be there... maybe i might remote admin it... Sounds good... i'll let u know sometime 2morrow afternoon.... (well today afternoon... now)

@Ripken: I'll try to reinstall the NForce drivers and I'll reinstall the drivers for the RJ-45s (Marvell) from here: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driv...?UID=637&kind=1 Hope this works!!

The Tosiba laptop this dude had connected to the net fine... and the other computer that was there also ran fine... Windows XP Professonial and MCE copies... So?... @ Ripken: old drivers for a Nforce3 board might worj with a Nforce 4 board? huh? I'll give it a shot... @Thai3g: That is what me and the friend settled on was to buy another RJ-45 card, if i couldn;t find anything else that work

Both of the RJ-45 ports don't work... The device manager sees them but when i try to connect to a network or a broadband connection, it just doesn't seem to work.. I tried installing and unistailling drivers, reinstalling the OS, searched the BIOS... Everything i could have though of that could be doing this. I'm just confused...

@rsd4_u: The board is a nice board... I haven't gotten mine but a friend bought one and i got to see it last nite, very nice! @Everyone: Now the problem lies at the line of the RJ-45 ports located on the back IO panel... for some reason(Im not sure if it is a bad board or not) the ports do not work... Windows and see them... but when u try to access a broadband connection it doesn't work... It will send packets but it will not recieve any... any ideas? I have been looking over everything on the mobo and in the clean install of Windows XP Professional... and everything looks good... but im confused at what could have caused this to be a problem with it?

My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View > Click "Show Hidden Files" and Uncheck "Hide Protected Operating System Files " Goto: C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Local Settings\History Delete everything in that folder... needless i say more? that should clear the history and if that doesn't work then Google "CrapCleaner"... and run that... -LIC2k7

That is alot if new eyecandy that I don't like... I have been a long time user of Nero since release of the 5.0.0.3... and i like the minor GUI upgrades but this is a major overhaul... whats the point? Like Nois3 said...

Recommend AMD for gaming... but ONLY order from newegg... TigerDirect is VERY, VERY SLOW!!! But listen to Ripken, he just helped me pick parts for my build...

Did u connect the output for the sounds from the tv tuner to a sounds card?

On your first disc i need the setup.exe from here<<G:\CD1\System\Setup.exe>> it should be approx. 438 kb... You sent me the AutoRun for the Setup file I need... all that is in that file said, "Open \CD1\system\setup.exe" In laymans terms that is... Here is my copy.... -LIC2k7 Setup.rar
