I have 4 hard drives in my computer and was wondering if it would be faster if I put the pagefile on a different drive that is ATA66 instead of the ATA133(windows installation) I was wondering which is faster, when you think about it, the pagefile gets written and read off of so maybe it will be faster ona a standalone harddrive... Anyone?

lmao, I wish mine was that cold, I'd be runnin my 1.33 @ 1.7 or maybe even 1.8GHZ hehe... (currently: 1.49GHZ)

how come sony and other companies can and we can't? I think ima pop the sony cd in today so I can see if I can maybe edit it...

yeah, thats what I'm also gonna use it for like when I get my new card ima do a fresh XP install and maybe I can make a complete one for if I fix up computers.. I bet it's not that hard just gotta have the right software..

Hmm, I was wondering if theres anyway that I could make a installer that would like install different programs from setup's, it sort of hard to explain, like you know on some recovery discs from sony(mostly) it'll launch a sony installer and from that it'll launch original installations of programs and it will do everything automatic (hitting next, finishing, etc.) So if I could make one it would do like install (example) install winrar, winzip, winamp, and do those installation fully automaticly.. So it will not require me to click anything.. Anyone know how to make something like this? Thanks allot..

Drew, I doubt that a standard player will be able to read mp3 files, they are made to read normal cd's I tried something like this before, it was some encoder that made strange files with an .wav extension at the size of an mp3 the option was named like "wav encoding" or something like that. I burned bout 40 of them on a cd and it didnt work, normal cd players will just give u an error. Also, when you buy newer cd players it'll say that it has an mp3 encoder in it or whatever so I guess it needs that in order to play mp3's....

yup, all you gotta do is buy/have a AGP and a PCI card and it should work or 2 or more PCI cards if its an older computer, also if you're interested in buying a new video card, may i reccomend u that the newer ATi's (9000 series ++) will also have a DVI connector for LCD screens and you can aldo use the adapter to hook up 2 monitors if that's what you are trying to accomplish...

I agree with MSNwar, I'm 80% sure its the heating, also concidering its a thunderbird and they are know to run warmer then the other AMD cpu's ... If you are planning on buying a new heatsink I'd reccomend to you that a Dragon Orb 3 from Thermal Take are one hell of a deal and u can even OC' some on it.. 1.33@ 1.498

on my mohaa config its defealt @ the E button...

too much for me m8.. im going to buy a Radeon 9500 128MB and do the solder job so it runs as a Radeon 9700 and maybe even some overclocking since im buying a nice cooler with it.. I know the geforce FX is probably gonna 0wn the Radeon 9700, but heck.. I'll still be running some nice hardware.. and I'm sure ATi will come back with some card more powerfull then the Geforce FX.. I've also tought about waiting.. but I'd have a big chance of ATi having some plans on re-designing the 9500 so it won't be able to get hacked and the card is already pretty **** cheap (round $150)..heh, you should get a router man.

i tottally agree... has there been a release date announced or is it even been released for the PC? I read allot on the internet and in older posts most ppl claimed it was gettin released @ January 2003, well... I ain't see it so they're not sure I guess... But I'm sure that its gonna be released in the next 6months....
