  1. at the moment my cleanup.cmd file works fine, deleting all specified files except a 'dotnet' folder. I assume this is because the dotnet2.0 is installed after cleanup.cmd has run? dotnet2.0 is intergrated using nLite (here is the addon for reference) addon install notes: "Installs just before the Desktop appears, it takes a while, you must use the winnt.sif generated by nLite..." therefore I assume this means it is installed after cleanup.cmd has been executed.. so how do I specify my cleanup.cmd to run after the installation of this application? attached are my runonceex.cmd and cleanup.cmd files cleanup.cmd runonceex.cmd
  2. Ummm...why not? perhaps you should read nLite's user license?
  3. I'd suggest visiting ryanvm's forums for more info (see my sig)
  4. pS gets my vote! @pS, where did you find that wallpaper? @mr brownstone, where did you get your wallpaper?
  5. I found removed IE and NOT IE Core still causes problems with IE frontends like Maxthon... I use Maxthon and just leave IE and the core and Maxthon works flawlessly
  6. ah ok I see, so intergrate the update pack first, then re-ru nLite and the new languages and keyboards will appear for removal.. thanks nuhi
  7. indeed they are, and sems the best way to remove them using RyanVM's UpdatePack is to use the integrator then nLite afterwards. Thanks again jmbattle for the advice
  8. that's an interesting thought.. I'll try that and see what happens. thanks for the tip
  9. after nLiting my clean XPSP2 install using nLite 1.0.1 Final, I noticed not all languages and keyboards are removed... when I fire up nLite and select the last_session_01.ini attached below, the following keyboards and languages are available for selection, indicating they haven't been removed: KEYBOARDS Bosnian Cyrillic keyboard Inuktitut Latin keyboard Luxembourgish keyboard Nepali keyboard Pashto keyboard LANGUAGES Arabic > Pashto Cyrillic > bosnian_cyrillic Indic > Nepali (Nepal) Western Europe and United States > Filipino > Frisian > Inuktitut (Latin) > Irish > Luxembourgish > Mapudungun > Mohawk > Romansh When I re-run nLite and select the above leftover keyboards and languages for removal, they are then removed (see Last_Session_02.ini) Is this a known issue or something I may have missed? Last_Session_01.ini Last_Session_02.ini
  10. there is no undo option, only remove what your are certain you will not need
  11. hopefully this is just a temporary measure until the email dramas are sorted
  12. ROFL I love these little things in nLite
  13. the reason it hasn't been explained is because only mods are supposed to see it.. hence the reason it is now invisible
  14. I love the task bar... I have Luna Element 5.05 VS installed but where did that taskbar come from?
  15. thanks for your feedback mazin.. I am yet to come across any of the issues you have mentioned, however I am always open to alternate methods for completing tasks
  16. thanks JuMz I too have been looking for a copy of this
  17. hmm is this a temporary thing or a new permanent 'feature'? Also FYI you can still browse the 'Other Operating Systems' forum while NOT logged in
  18. how about you supply some details of the problems or errors you are facing?!
  19. I have no idea what you just typed anyway, let me clarify what I meant. I have searched the forums and indeed found several references to InstallRite. But what I was wondering is what are peoples experiences with using InstallRite to create custom install packages?
  20. Double Driver will make a copy of all drivers on your PC; you can then do with these drivers as you see fit! here
  21. use RyanVM's update pack
