the produced iso image contains all headers to be bootable.. using a an app to add a new boot info, you will replace the boot infos added by nlite.. just use nero or cdrwin to burn the iso image.

the idea is great.. not new.. but great.. problem will be driver constelation.. whenn u install win2k on machine a, driver from tis machine will be installed... when hardware of machine b differs from machine a, you will have problems on booting it, because of no drivers..

2k.. xp won´t install on this old machine

that is something im looking for, since a long time. just want to say, a solution would help more than this one guy =)

just edit the explorer exe with your favourite ressource editor.. but remember to backup the original explorer.exe and also remember to replace all needed files, this also includes the ones in dllcche folder and so on.. just take a look on this site for replacing "in use" files..

well.. win2k winnt.sif has some different syntaxes.. and the setupmanager from xp could not be used for win2k, because of that. also there are many switches for XP, which 2k does not support.. i know.. winnt.sif is just a "small part" of unattended setup. but.. it´s the most important =) also the DirectX install guide from the XP unattended guide don´t work. and there are many/some other issues.. like i told "win2k unattended is a little bit different to XP.. " see: "a little bit ".. well.. this was offtopic.. minghia: do it like you should.. take a look at <cd>:\SUPPORT\TOOLS\Deploy.CAB there is much info about unattended setup... compare the info of the unattended guide on this side with the info in the deploy.cab and you´ll get your perfect sollution

not realy.. IMAX is a "recording technologie"... i think it was on 45mm film.. but i don´t know exactly.. however... it is filmed on larger "band" than "normal" films.. so there is a higher "resolution" and the films could shown on much larger screens without getting un-sharp. there is also a special version of this technologie to produce 3d films.. (realy good ones =) )

win2k unattended is a little bit different to XP..

6 month for the multi-OS menu and boot section? _ouch_ =) eXPerience-XP take a look at cdshell.. it is possible to make a Graphical Menu with it. for syntax and more info´s, take a look at bootscriptor (cdshell is the "next version" of bootscriptor) and the forum linked there. btw. this is discussed several times..
