    its a little bit harder cause nlite does what is called 'direct integration' so u cant do it just running some command on the ie7 instaler......

    i had this "error" when integrating an addon that had bad typos in the .inf file. so remove all addons and see if its working. then add just one addon in a row to discover which one is the cause.
