for me I'm working on switching to windows 10 I also have a smaller sdd I have I might install linux on (it an optiplex 9020)

I'm planning on buying an optiplex 9020 soon and I im currently looking into getting a graphics card for it as well but all the ones I find seem to be to big for the case? if anyone knows of a powerfully but small gpu (preferably evga) it would be much appreciated

I'm considering buying a new computer and putting windows 8.1 on it and I was wondering what is the best tool to add the taskbar back in 8.1? I know there are lots of programs like this out there but which one is the best? if anyone could help me figure this out it would be much appreciated (also happy new year)
