Yep , agree , from what I gather from several people I know , who "upgraded" to win11 , you gotta have at least Alder Lake gen. to make it somewhat faster . All those core i5s with their older chipsets and older RAM tech just don't have enough bandwith in them . As I wrote before , I observe lots and lots of 2014 - 2016 (and even 2017-18!) PCs in our local dumpsters . With the release of Win 11 they started to upgrade businesses with the new tech and got rid of previous PCs this year. It's nothing new though ! It was the same with the previous generations , but this year there's no ruskies here (thank God!) who usually grabbed them out of garbage for the purpose of reselling on ebay , etc.

Hey brave internet guy ! If someone disagrees with you in previous topics, doesn't mean you have to chase them all over the website to take revenge . It's inappropriate in Western Europe. Now if you done with the insults , do you have something constructive to say ? About Windows 11.

Re-read my first post in this topic and try to understand the goal. The goal was NOT to prove anything to you . The goal was to speed-up the system , trying to make it less crappy . Got it ? As for "sent" or "not sent" , wait for the nurds in uniform to find out. Or read about other means of sending , like parallel broadcasting channels in your wireless module. If this "data collector set" , including audio and usb recording doesn't strike you as suspicious behaviour , that's up to you. You aren't my only reader.

Excuse me for a slight off-top. How did you manage to do it ? As far as I know , the later updates won't install without a proper ESU licence. They just "configuring" endlessly. "If you are installing this update on a device that is running an edition that is not supported for ESU." Yep , several later chromes were not launching , true . But I replaced some stupid function and it opened no probs. But what good would any new chrome would be if the extesions still don't work anyways ? And it seems no one's gunna fix it.

It was swept under the rug pretty quickly and all articles removed . It was called something like "Obedient citizen programme" , approved by Obama (as they wrote). Spying embedded with win7 .

Oi ! XP could be tweaked in less than one hour or so. Which can't be applied to win 7/8_and_a_half/10/11 , of course.

I'm a hobbyist too , these logs are encrypted . How am I supposed to do it ? What I know is that win 7 have lots of strange connections to cloudfare (which would make sense if they are being sent to MS) , just search for "windows cloudfare connections". For example , I've installed win 7 and right now observing cloudfare again . I will not post anything here since it's off-topic . But answering you here because I guess the same would be with win 11 too.

@NotHereToPlayGames, jeeeez !!! You got lots of logging on your Win-7 ! Even your USB ports are being logged and sent to MS , lol. You wrote you work in an IT department , seems like I was the first one to tell you about this. Thank you , me.

Yep , that's them. It doesn't mean they all run at the same time ! That's why I wrote wait for some time after you boot . They may switch themselves off or sleep/wait until you bring your wi-fi on, for example , then the wifi logger will kick in and log the hell outta you . Just look if it is set to start. Axe them all.

Must be a magical computer , indeed ! LOL Well , we here , in France (Vichy) have lots of Core i5 Dell-s and Fujitsu-s circa 2014 -2015 in the local dumpsters , in excellent condition. But it would be a struggle to find something from 12 years old to test it on.

Hmmmmm ... weird , I just tried on a new Win 7 install and it logs everything you do ! Then go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WMI\Autologger] and see what is ON in the start option , gotta be 00000000 instead of 00000001 . Everythig needs to be set to zeros under "start". Then reboot .

First you gotta eliminate all logging activities , there's plenty of info available. Run cmd as admin after approx 2-5 mins after you boot and enter logman query -ets it will show you hell lotta logging going on.

I didnt know vLite works with Win 7 . Quite a discovery ! But I just tried it and the ISO became corrupted , it couldn't finish the install. Folks , someone has a good preset for Win 7 without the bloody SP1 ? Thanks in advance.
