My Vista still activates itself no matter what . It checks the disk right after I enter the serial from the legit sticker (protection , like securom maybe?). Yes , we had such versions for sale in Europe . It's NOT OEM . No such word on the DVD .

United Kingdom .... again ? Are you kiddin' ? Looks like this Compa needs to purchase some good VPN service. This all is just so damn obvious , including the first post right after the registration.

Says who ? All fine and dandy , here in Vichy . Just come and visit . Taste our famous food and enjoy fresh air and beautiful landscapes . One of the most wonderful things - we have almost zero russkie tourists now. I really hope it stays this way forever. Prices also went down because of that. This New Iron Curtain = laidback and safe life in Western Europe.

Tiny Windows 10 Home x64 that uses OEM activation?

I tried to use NTLite to remove crap (which I never use anyways) from the edition for which I have a physical DVD with a serial nimber . -
Tiny Windows 10 Home x64 that uses OEM activation?
D.Draker replied to bizzybody's topic in Windows 10
I see your point . Not sure about the "easy" part though . I tried to make a slim DVD with NTLite and the software's just terrible . And when I wrote a couple of words to address the issues in the feedback section .... one of the moderators just locked the topic . Imagine that ! Please inform me when you do a mini DVD successfully , I'm just curious . This is not a mockery . -
Tiny Windows 10 Home x64 that uses OEM activation?

In that case he would have to pay for a licence , and he already got one for the his *Home edition*. -
The same for me. Tried it a long time ago and even then it had troubles with many websites . I remember it just crashed when I tried to login to my streaming provider, for example . So it's dead for me .. like the rest. With some minor issues 13.5 (thanks to @NotThereToPlayGames is still OK but I started to use MiniBrowser (chrome 87) for some websites (I mean @Humming Owl's release, thanks to him again!). Have to note , I use them both with the old (red colour) Dixel's launcher that he wrote for (Opera 48?) . It gives like .... super-boost , esp. at the start. Just needed to rename the main executable and the folder where it starts from.

We also have this crap here in France , so looks like a global agenda to rob peasants. So far the only working solution would be to have your own peasants and wake up whenever you desire , set your own time , I mean open your business , etc. Otherwise it's just another empty hope that someone hears you , and even if they do , they won't change it even a bit. To change something you don't like , you gotta start to boycott it , at least. https://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/france

Where exactly did I ask that question ? All I wrote was just informing there were several new releases available . I totally understand you don't need new though , being on a Pentium D. As for no obligation , I might somewhat disagree . Even though I understand there are no direct obligations , we still help each other no matter what. This is what this forum is for . For example , I'd gladly help you or anyone else whenever needed. Perhaps even if I'm busy.

Sorry , excuse me I always forget you're an English speaker . To save you some time , I just tried 13.2310 and didn't like it at all , so you're right about 13.0 newer aren't better. This 13.0 is over-saturated with bold fonts and over-contrast , I have a good monitor (if you read my today's feed) so a no go for me, totally. That leaves the new 13.5 to try ..... but ( a big but ) I'm not sure I want to unpack something from a ruzzkie website ... so we need a guinea pig , lol.
-
Strange .... you wrote you closely follow my feed and then ask a very obvious question . K , I'll answer in plain , simple text : I wanna be prepared in advance. I see we now have even more reduced pool of active users (since @msfntor is no longer with us , I miss him , btw ! Also looks like @Dixelforgot about this site). I could count several more users, just forgot their nicks . I'm talking about version 13.5 users , so Humming Owl doesn't count (like the other two users from Germany). That basically leaves Dave and me . So I represent 50% of the current active users , no ? Active users = someone who helps or at least writes feedback.
-
While you were thinking, the ruzzkies did the repack of the newest 13.5 . called "360 Extreme Explorer 13.5.2022.0 (Repack & Portable)" Also , from what I was able to translate, the new 13.0.2310.0 already has the English version so would save the time. Perhaps someone would be interested to unpack the portable version and compare it with the existing one ? Not "coercing" you to do anything . P.S. My feedback : recently started having problems with some sites/extensions (with v13.5) . Example : https://www.crx4chrome.com/ won't work with deluminate.crx. @Dave-H, still wasn't able to replicate the spam window.

1 - That's what seemed to be relevant because the original poster wrote he doesn't have enough bucks to upgrade. So we can safely assume his monitor isn't on the professional side of things. Anyways , this seems to be OT here , if you deisire to talk about LED vs. CCFL , you're welcome to create a new topic and I'll join. 2 - What are you , eighteen ? Just wait until you're 50 . BTW, I'd trade your age for a cool PRO monitor for several thousands of bucks any time , LOL.
-
Try to read about LEDs and how they work , how they make them . Any LED is blue in the very beginning . Then they add plastic covers on top of it to filter out "unneeded" spectres . LED plastic filters (covers) degrade overtime and damage your retina, I don't own a LED monitor as of now , but tried lots of them and hated all. I own a very nice CCFL Fujitsu Siemens 24" monitor from 2006 which I had bought for one thousand Euros (approx 1,580 USD by that rate) in 2006. I thought it was expensive , but it turned out to be a very good investment . Not to mention colour reproduction/representation on any LED monitor is just terrible , wrong , distorted. *not true 10 or even 8bit*

Blocking RealPlayer spyware + offline installation
D.Draker replied to TSNH's topic in Software Hangout
Hi , excuse me , do you know if this player able to use hardware decoding of H265 8-bit (not 10bit) codec on Nvidia Titan ? I wasn't able to find it so far . Thanks. They only write about H264 and VC1. https://filehippo.com/download_media-player-classic/?ex=BB-2350.2 -
@Dave-H , I tried the same with an old light theme only because you don't like the dark ones . I've waited for 50 mins or so. Nothing happened. @NotHereToPlayGames, I know it still says "clean" and I read it could be irrititang for some users , I personally have no problems with that. Actually it's even somewhat better sounding/spelling for a Frenchman.

Tiny Windows 10 Home x64 that uses OEM activation?
D.Draker replied to bizzybody's topic in Windows 10
I've never seen any mini Home editions in my whole life , and I'm a huge fan of minis. I don't know why, but they always make Ultimate and the such . I'm guessing I'm lucky my PC had Business Vista originally, so one way could be to create the mini yourself. Again , sorry I got this wrong, perhaps because you wrote : "I put x64 on it and it's made from Windows 10 Enterprise" Maybe off-top , is it mandatory for you to use win 10 ? Also quite confusing you wrote you added 4GB to the existing two , so should be 6 , no ? Doesn't matter actually , 'cause it's not enough for win 10 anyways. Cheers and regards. -
Duran Duran - Astronaut (vinyl) . Yes , I love British music.
