In wondows 10 maybe also 7 and 8.1 and 11 the download blocked try to download from windows 2000 mypal 68 or any browser in win2000. If it didn't work on win2000 browser tell me i will upload it .

Please try the portable version which i tell about from downloadbull.com News : you can run excel , power point word and .. at same time but when you close one of it you should to end task to run it other time . Please sent to me the link of version in private which you try priviously ,i want to try it

to get office 2010 work on Windows 2000 first you should to download the portable version of Office 2010 search it in the net and then run on mode compatiblity of XP SP3 , there is a very little problem ,i hope blackwingcat will fix it , when you launch word as example and then you need to close it, you should to close it with default 'X' and then you must to kill the process of word with taskmgr as exmaple to launch power point as example please try and tell me

The solution is not impossible as jakob99 mean ,but this required acpi.sys source code for win2000, or very very hard binary patching, the only solution is to wait maybe the code will leaked . and i hope that windows xp sp 2 or 3 code will leaked also this will be great to develop windows 2000.
