try pressing Alt + F4 thats on way closing Pages aswell have u do a adware/spyware scan and are these pages just normal sites i.e google/msfn etc

Additional info that may help: For sum Reason i though ill test it on other games to see if it wasnt just CS i tested: Quake 2 UT and Knights Online Both Quake and UT did the same as CS went all water colour. but the KO played but.. it set it only let me set the graphix setting 16bit wudnt let me change and soon i figured out how to change it it went all laggie and watercolored but the thing i dont understand the Desktop and everything else works a dream but Games is a no go

heya allheres the story iam on my g/fs computer and installed CS and stuff so i cud play a clanmatch on friday anyways i set all up and everything and though ill have a quick game but sum reason its really laggin and i get 1 - 56 fps and everything really looks like a water color as i can see in the Screen shot really looks naff graphix even tho her PC betta than mine.. PC Specs: Amd 2400+ (1.68Ghz) 192mb Ram Sis 64mb onboard Graphix 80gb HD Windows XP Home sp2 Anyways wat i have dun n tried: Ive updated the Drivers and Directx made sure i have the correct setting in CS and on the PC and also Reinstalled Steam + CS Screen Shot

Well i looked into ya story cuz i had the same falut so this how i fixed it.... 1) go to ya UT folder then System Folder 2) cut Unrealtorment & user .inf file and paste desktop ( incase ya mess it up ) 3) now start up UT and shud work but soon ya change the Resoultion it die again. 4) so then u go bk to ya System folder and open UnrealTournament.inf file 5) look for a bit text that say UsePrecache=True what you do is replace it wiv.. UsePrecache=False and Start up unreal and dats it workin as good as the old days.
