yes osloader, mc launcher crashes due to new functions i believe.

are you running a vm of vista inside vista? or rather s2008sp2

it resets unless u have the custom bootloader, thus it will still show 6.0 if u dont and wont work.

fps drops to like 20, it could be better on opengl 4.6 probably, 372.70 has 4.5

Well in my case its all fine , the above picture is the steam version , i do have extended kernel, but i did test without it just for the record.

He tried modding them, but they didnt work out.

@win32 hope you dont mind me asking , but has there been any progress towards getting newer gpus like pascal and above working properly and also will a uefi version of osloader be made available as it was left incomplete previously. Thank you.

Amnesia:Rebirth works on vista , weirdly the NonSteam exe works even on vanilla SP2 , but the exe with steam launch crashes without Extended kernel

probably , because extended kernel doesn't help steam much yet.

how can we actually test if its working? the installer seems to have older kernel32 files (atleast according to date)

so which actual files have been updated? i see theres a kernel32 from 31st which i already got

@win32 has the december update been delayed? haven't heard about it since november i believe

yea i had already tried this for the new launcher quite a while back , although the game doesnt launch , does it for you?

Its fine man , i dont believe anyone was in the wrong here.

MSI Dragon Center seems to be working fine with extended kernel (works on vanilla too but with errors).

It didnt before , support was added recently

i dont remember or know how , but all i was aware of is that it was technically possible to install it and rtx voice aswell

If im not mistaken i think you can actually still get it to work(even on 7) , unless its an appx file.

the next kernelex update wont allow ms edge to work , that needs functions in secur32
