    Okay Edit: moving km to Goanna 4 engine will be nice and pretty future proof but it will be a really a hard job to be done.

    Best option is to dual boot either with Linux or XP / 2k with kernel ex. If system works on 7/8/10 you can go for them.

    All user32/uxtheme function can be stubbed out. You already know how to fix dwmapi codes. Avrt don't make sense to me I hope it can be stubbed. inet_ntop & inet_pton implementation from xompie are good one. CoGetApartmentType can be replaced with a XP function which I forgotten. K32 function can redirected to psapi by removing word k32 from beginning. Preferred UI languages can be stubbed with out any issue. LCIDToLocaleName Can be stubbed.
