    It's just a benchmark. Which showed that with a considerable number of network filters performance is always OK. But performance is better with fewer filters. This advantage is especially noticeable in older PCs and OS. Moreover, Manifest v3 with fixed rules at 150000 requires us to resize the lists we use.
