look somewhere in "display property" for "large icon" or similar did you try to lower "refresh rate" of computer monitor or video card.? try that

there are 3 easy ways to delete a service 1-search the web for service manager (it's a free one) program. I was a lazy person when it came to re-install windows when i replaced a new motherboard. what i did was I put a new one in and let windows take care the rest. I haven't had any problem at all. everything is working. If i were you, i would back up everything you have(norton ghost 9 preffered because it is fast) and EXPERIMENT.

i have some videos which are damaged. I mean they play for a few second and don't continue to play all the way to the end. I can hear sound and see the same picture . any good video codec to repair this video's problem.? thanks

if you don't want to hear a noise from your modem, crack *speaker* on your modem. Look something like this spk or similiear on your modem board i did mine and never hear anything from modem BUT it works like a pro. Have no problem

you can use ERD commander to reset your admin password it's a easy way OR re-install windows xp OR there was an article how to manually reset password on the web BUT i forgot where it was.

they don't pay me to say it. btw, current Mcfee SUCKS big time. If you don't believe me, go to www.virusbtn.com and see it for yourself. i used to be a mcfee user. I liked their old "dr solomon" antivirus software which was the FASTEST and best. I don't know what mcfee did to this software as you can see, i have used more AV software than you ever have in your life.I recommend a software because it's good and cheap.

Purely support issue. I do point out the performance issues one may experience with Norton. Email them and they reply you back within 1 day. if a nod32 USA guy doesn't answer you, a nod32 international guy will reply you. That fast. nod32 scans 30 gbs of data 1 hour. norton scans 30 gb of data >6 hrs and you forget to mention how much computer resource norton consumes? heavily? if you don't believe me, download their 30 day trial and see it for yourself. oh yes, nod32 support guy will answer your question even though if you don't use REGISTERed version. talking about being small but the BEST. their detecting rating is second to NONE. go to www.virusbtn.com for a complete comparison. oh no, i don't work for nod32 BUT i'm its user

i would go with JVM. go to java.sun.com and install jv1.5 runtime and you are all set forget about MVM because MS doesn't support it anymore.

i don't like norton antivirus because of its speed if you want speed, save money, and quality, go with nod32. The price is WAY cheaper than norton nod32 is the best. i have used it for 4 years. number 1 antivirus in town

can you access to safemode.?

go to safemode use msconfig and uncheck everything at startup to see if you have the same problem if not, enable one by one at startup and reboot your computer repeat above steps to see which causes the problem

Incroyable HULK, i'm not sure if my question was ANSWERED in the past BUT i'm going to ask you anyway. is there a way that you can put all hotfixes in 1 zip or rar file and let me download so that i can UPDATE my current xp in my computer NOT the cd one. I want to update my xp computer with all the latest and newest hotfixes while integrating then on my CD. if you have it, please post a link here. thanks
