well my setup runs full quality for all games. so ide say a 7800gt/7900gt, 2 gigs of ram, and any dual core cpu or a nicely overclocked single core opteron. but looking at ur setup, just get a 7900gt and you should be fine, ur cpu will be the limiter now.
