  1. thanks for letting us know. winamp is just too great.
  2. with opera it works fine, im sure that firefox will work fine too.
  3. as jaclaz said. just get your raid working and windows all set up on it. once that is done, hook up ur old hdd to ur motherboard. then you can just copy it as you normally would to the raided drives.
  4. ??? yes you can. i disable autoeject b/c of my p180's door, and i will burn like 3 dvds at a time and it ejects just fine...
  5. why order 1 part at a time then? just wait for new technologies and for prices to drop. save 1000$ up or whatever you want and you will have a pretty decent computer. im sure that in 6 months intel will have 16x sli.
  6. i guess ur right, but i just dont like pelt. it can be extremely risky if u cant cool it right.
  7. omg, i love intel so much lately
  8. yep, just use it every now and then, it doesnt have to be your primary printer.
  9. 3 yrs
  10. i know exactly what ur going at nero has an option to not eject it after its burnt
  11. well i dont thikn that there is a way to prevent them from drying out. once you peal off the protective tape from the cartridge, it is exposed to the air.
  12. how do u know that its the video card? do u have onboard or pci video to test this out?
  13. as for c2d and crossfire, im pretty sure that the x975 chipsets support it... http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList....amp;srchInDesc= how much are you looking to spend? i would highly sugggest c2d
  14. you will never use more than 500watts. prolly half that if even. and the more watts doesnt always mean that its better. but i would look at something such as: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817341001 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817194003
  15. as punto said, antec of enermax. the enermax liberty psu's have proven themeselves lately.
  16. phase is much better tho
  17. well they can dry out, but you said that the test made colored boxes? how about you but a document with color in it and make a copy of it. see if that will work.
  18. i think this is my problem, because everytime i push the button now, half way i push it, the lights and fans all would go on and go back off, also, my motherboard has this red light by the top left and its always on. so i think its the button thats the problem. right now im at a friends house since now i can't even turn my computer on anymore. Also, can you give me more detail on the shortening the pins, i don't quite understand what you're saying. i'm pretty sure my surge protector is fine, tried hooking my computer to other outlets in the house and same problem. So ill try fixing the button on my case, and see what happens. well for this if u have a restart button, you can just but those wires into the header for the start button, this will rule out the normal start button being dead. but i doubt that is the problem, it kind of sounds like a psu issue, i would try out another psu if you can get your hands on one.
  19. well it may be nero, have you tried the latest version? or have you patched your current version?
  20. the install downloads the data? from where, the internet? if so then you need to make sure that you didnt take out your internet(ethernet) drivers.

  22. none yet since vista is out yet... why would you want to build a media center pc off of vista? its totally pointless imo. you should make a very slimmed down xp media center, vista just requires too much.
  23. i like their laptops too, but still... what are they thinking with the desktops.
  24. the pump in the block... hmmm. i like but i wonder how much it increases performance.
