yes that is correct, i don't know how to find out what ports are blocked or not blocked. is there a program that would tell me witch one's aren't blocked?

My brother can connect with winmx without any problems what so ever and that i'm having the problem connecting every time when i try too connect it wont connect, that these port's are blocked: TCP:6699, UDP:6257 and i don't know how to open them we have windows xp sp2, i don't know how to map them between my pc an his. his pc is connected directly my is hooked up to the network hub. dose anybudy have any ideas? is there a tweak that you can adjust for virtual memory i keep on have this error saying that virtual memory to low every time when i start up bittorrent client when checking files?

hi, i keep on getting attacked by some name called: helkern and this attack is annoying and keeps changing ip's and it used my ip too and i used mcafee firewall to banned the ip's i even banned my self because of it how do i sovle this problem? oh an also i use Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal to repell the attack for now i need some way of to know what is the real ip is this helkern is

notepad is a useful tool you know if you only have notepad, windows 98 sp2 has notepad plus i just thought he put in a freeware one not shareware you know.

how would you know if he isn't or is going too put one in hmm? he put's in extras you know in his sp2 update pack have you thought about that?

@RYANVM could please put like notepad2 in you update pack? how's how i did it: first i renamed notepad2.exe to NOTEPAD.EXE then i did makecabe on notepad.exe. then i deleted the microsft notepad and replaced it with NOTEPAD.EX_ and then it i when i reinstall windows xp it in where notepad is usely is start manu > all programs > Accessories > notepad and the shortcut is already there after install windows xp what do you think RYANVM?

Yes Intelli Hyperspeed did help, i am going to buy this. i am going to extrack the tweaks from the program, make a simple dos program to change tweaks for speed.
