Check registry. Use a program like regsnap. Make a snapshot before and after registration and then. Remove the entry from registry until the reg window pop up again and then try adding only that key and see if registration pops back up. If it dosn't you found the key. There might be multiple keys.

@ Dahi The office is not properly slipstreamed. That is the problem, 7-zip does not work because he has a messed up office.

When booting press f8, before the xp bootscreen, then select last known good configuratin. This might help.
