sorry for such confused post. let me clear last step consist of some options.they r profile,plugins,search plugins,components. what stuff will be integated in my setup if i select these. all i want is only extensions and theme.what options i have to choose if i want only these 2 bmn

hello all i modified my boot screen using boot editor.now i want to replace it with original one.how to? till now i delated the original one(from i386) and placed my modified boot screen.but some one said in future while windows update i may face problem.so guys is there any simple method to replace bootscreen.imean do i need to add any thing to winnt? or can i use cmd file for this pls do reply thanks

some doubts: least profile.js file in ur projects profile direc(u mean in sof directory?) and profile--extensions,themes plugins--flash etc search plugins--? components--? help pls thanks

it happens when u mess with the registry.use some registry monitering tool to observe the changes (adding or removing of reg keys)

@NorthWood ok if above steps i mentioned r not working.then copy that .sys file to ur system32 folder.and follow the same stpes. driver control-->install driver(browse and locate that .sys file) now click on start--->ok next click on add driver to install virtual cd-drive click on mount to mount ur image.

iam extermely sorry for my late reply.but i found this tool long time ago(its not mine).so i forgot its source page and site etc. i tested this tool with vmware and virtual pc.and it is working nice. and i dono abt its command line switches.but u guys r great at that stuff.hope u will solve this problem

with this tool u can mount ur unattended iso's easily.without much effort. open VCdControlTool.exe and give the path to VCdRom.sys file.(present in the same folder)now u can see its control pannel.click on driver control and say install and click on ok. now click on add driver to creat virtual cd rom.and clik on mount to mount ur iso. once u install the driver,it takes 2 clicks to creat a virtual cd-drive virtual__cd_drive.zip

hi all till now i used xp home edition for all my unattended work.now iam going for xp pro.can i use some of the files(like logon,winntbbu,shell32.dll,ntoskrnl) of windows xp home to my new xp pro.will it work? (both slipstreamed with sp2). and where i have to take care while handling unattended work between xp home and pro help pls thanks

okok cool down guys.its getting hot here. @borbomotsalo its true.moving the progress bar position is not an easy task.u have to hexedit the file for that.but u can change colours,sape of the flowing blocks with booteditor tool. download it form here bootedit firstly go througt the help section to know how it work. hope this will help u. enjoy

ok suraj bhai.welcome to the board. kaha se hai aap? ok abt ur problem.u can delete that winntbbu.dl_ and can keep ur modified winntbbu.dll in i386.no problem it will work.i already tested and its working nice and abt making cab files.i suggest winace.install it and while using(imean when u want to pack some file) choose ms-cabinet compression.and rename it as u wish.imean for dll--dl_,exe--ex_,jpg--jp_. thats it. hope this will help u enjoy
