  1. Simple question, why is not -quiet added at the example WPI.CMD?
  2. Yea, normally you would reboot after silent installing your aps though BTW, to remove autoupdate the following would be correct: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Unlocker] "OnlineVersion"=-
  3. Excellent, You could disable Assistant with the following. Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] "UnlockerAssistant"=-
  4. Well, there are no switches for it
  5. There are two annoying settings left in iTunes that I can't seem to find out how to import after setup during ua install. Anyone know how I can disable the following two features? (translated) Autoamticly check for udpates (General tab) Use iTunes as default music player (Advanced tab) The rest of my settings stick when I SFX iTunes.pref from %AppData%\Apple Computer\iTunes and applying the following regkey (disables podcasdt, music store and shared music) [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Apple Computer, Inc.\iTunes\Parental Control] "Flags"=dword:0000000e
  6. I'm pretty sure theres not, but would be very nice though The update feature are incredibly annoying...
  7. I'd like to setup my WLAN during install, and did a regshot to see what key's were changed. However one question; is the NIC's ID always the same? regshot recorded changes in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WZCSVC\Parameters\Interfaces\{1C0134EC-A7A1-4BE9-8E4E-652636453DF3} and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\Interfaces\{1C0134EC-A7A1-4BE9-8E4E-652636453DF3} would {1C0134EC-A7A1-4BE9-8E4E-652636453DF3} always be the same?
  8. I thought of that yeh, but I'd like to keep the original so it can be uninstalled.
  9. Thank you, that had passed me unnoticed File reuploaded, problem solved.
  10. I have a custom mylogonui.exe that's copied to system32 by placing in $OEM$\$$\System32. By adding mylogonui.exe with the below regkey at T-12, will it apply at the very first "loading personal settings" screen that appears right before eg. WPI launches? HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\UIHost edit: and should I apply to above key or HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\UIHost HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\UIHost
  11. simply_simon: Yep, I know how. Quote self, show me some working examples hehe...
  12. mritter: That can't be it, keeping in mind it happens when I try download a fresh copy of WPI and it sill happens.
  13. RogueSpear: Do you think I should add enhancing of the default security setting for the 'Restricted Sites Zone' to the blockfile?
  14. I'm sorry I don't quite follow, can you please explain what is new? Should I just run the reg file by RyanVM and MU will not nag about it?
  15. Just tested my UA disk and noticed that after the fresh install Microsoft Update nagged me about needing to update WGA, although I thought I had, what am I missing? I have placed LegitCheckControl.dll (1.5.512.0) and GWFSPidGen.dll (1.5.0.42) in $OEM$\$$\System32 and during cleanup I call: regsvr32 /s %SystemRoot%\system32\LegitCheckControl.dll -This is NOT a question about "hacking" wga. Please help me out, im clueless as of what I'm missing not to get the update needed thingy.
  16. I don't like this, sorry And it deleted the standard scheme, so I can't revert.
  17. Dumpy Dooby: For those few people they can use the direct link to the .reg file I think I'll stick with RAR for now
  18. There could. Show me some working examples and I just might add it
  19. simply_simon: Thanks, I really don't have a dilemma, and did a personal version in AutoIt that works perfectly fine, only that is part of a bigger project of mine and therfore not suiteable as is to share atm I don't have time to make a script for it, but using AutoIt it is a fairly simple task to do a version check and download file if update available.
  20. simply_simon: Thank you! Your contribution is higly appriciated! If there were only more people like you List updated with your requests.
  21. Angel Blue01: I just tested to patch an i386 source with XPize and it did'nt give WINNTBBU.DLL a royale look
  22. Hmm just noticed one more strange thing. Have a look at the screenshot of my just recently posted theme. See how I also lack the volume slider for some reason? -Weird...
  23. Sound is working 100% properly on my computer, nothing removed with nLite (don't even use nLite), autoplay is enabled and working perfectly fine.
