In the manual it says Media Player 10 can go into HF folder if you want it slipstreamed.It links to http://www.btsunattended.net/Projects/WMP10_Slipstreamer which is now at driverpacks.net.Anyway,what I should put to HF directory?Original MP10setup.exe or slip streamed files by above.It is really confusing. Ps:I will try HFSLIP on Turkish Windows XP(-TRK) I hope it doesnt make any problems.

Looking at your Member no,I think you are doomed I think it can be heat issue.My DELL Inspiron 5100 had similar problems.I removed the dust from CPU and fan.Also it can be some driver issue ie graphic,av software etc.

I have Dell laptop.It was working for two years without problem I had similar problems like you.I googled the web finally found the solution.It was the dust.I cleaned my fans with compressed air and it is now working well.Maybe it is related to heat of CPU just a very wild guess

Yes off course.You can set your download dir from Tools/Options/Downloads section.

I have checked again with custom directory and it is working.Also the member who requested this feature said that it is working for him too.However some extensions are problematic and doesnt install with "-install-global-extension" commandline.I have tested on both Windows XP English pro and Windows XP Turkish Pro.That is all I can say about it.

Plugins=Plugins that you use flash,acrobat etc. Search Plugins=Your search engines like google,yahoo,imdb whatever you have Components=Some plugins have additional files on that directory.

it is prefs.js which should be located at your projects\profile directory.I didnt get what you mean by other lines.

I am glad that it finally worked I dont want to add localstore.rdf to Profile directory because it has hardcoded paths like engine://C%3A%5CProgram%20Files%5CMozilla%20Firefox%5Csearchplugins%5Cyahoo.src I really dont know what will happen if you install it to directory other than you configured.

Your other settings maybe on another file.Some extensions keeps their settings on separate file.I tested it again today and my prefs.js is transfered successfully.I really dont know the reason.For test purposes,copy your profiles directory from your computer C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla , Make new silent package with all your extensions and themes.Delete above directoy.Uninstall your current firefox installation.Run created firefoxsilent.exeWhen it is finished compare your prefs.js.If they are'nt same then we have a bug but if they are same it means those settings are keep on other files.

profile.js I dont have that file.Sof copies profile.js,bookmarks.html and mimeTypes.rdf from original your current firefox to Project\Profiles directory.I really dont know what are you trying to say could you please be more specific.Thanks.

I think you should remove anything which have paths in it.

Sorry guys I have no idea ps:I have updated install.exe in my package and added support for custom installation directory other than default [PROGRAMFILESDIR]\Mozilla Firefox.First page updated.

We are installing firefox with -ms switch too.However profile thing is little bit tricky.If for example you created your profile at C drive and you tried to use that profile on one computer whose windows is setup at D drive then profile wornt work.My method install firefox with -ms switch and install themes and extensions one by one.

Sory I dont have any plans to use WinRAR.7zip gives good ratio on packing.7zip on my package is special version.I changed so that it reports what it is doing to my program.If I find time I will add option to install firefox to custom folder.

If you search the board you can find one nightly build which doesnt have this bug.I dont have any idea about all-in-one gestures.This bugs doesnt comes from my side so I cant help.

I dont know which is best but Moonlight Elecard,Cyberlink ones are good.Also if your card is ATI I remember that they are providing mpg2 decoder at ATI's website.

I have the same problem.What I am saying is, if I run the original setup program MP10Setup.exe, check updates there is no updates.I have used that file for slipstreaming files are same.So that must be some kind of registry entry that triggers this I guess.I have usedregsht before and after and it found huge number of differences so I am clueless now

I have slipstreamed with your program.I have manulayy editited sysoc.inf file.It worked perfectly.However when I check updates from Media Player, it says that new version is required.If I run original Media player setup and check updates there is no updates.I used same files so maybe there is one registry entry causing this problem.Does anyone have solution for this ?
