  1. Thanks for your quick feedback too! Glad to hear that my documentation is readable and understandable! English is not my native language, therefore any feedback is very important for me! Thanks so far! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  2. Thanks for your quick feedback! And once again, I am glad to hear good news! Thanks so far! non-Latin "characters". Sorry, that's where my skills end!
  3. Sorry, I can't test that and, truth be told, I don't want to. My program is for Latin speaking machines. But thanks for your hint! Good idea! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  4. And once again, hi my dear beta testers, @Dave-H, @NotHereToPlayGames, @mina7601 and @xpandvistafan, I need your feedback relating to the whole package and especially to the documentation. One file is READ ME FIRST!.txt and the other Documentation of ProxHTTPSProxy's PopMenu 3V1.txt in subfolder Docs. Did you all read both? Please provide your opinions! Thanks so far! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  5. Hi @xpandvistafan, I miss your results of further testing. Do all features working properly? In different locations or systems? Please post your results! Thanks in advance, AstroSkipper
  6. Thanks for your feedback! I am very pleased about running on XP x64. All my tests have been performed on XP x86. Glad to have you as beta tester! Thanks so far! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  7. Thanks a lot! You are the quickest beta tester I ever had! Glad to have you! Very appreciated! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  8. Hello again, my dear beta testers, @Dave-H, @NotHereToPlayGames, @mina7601 and @xpandvistafan, thanks for testing so far! Please try out all features in different locations to be sure it is working in all cases as expected! You all are appreciated and any opinion or suggestion is welcome! Thanks for your previous feedback! I am really happy so far. Cheers, AstroSkipper
  9. I have updated package and therefore the old one had to be deleted on MediaFire. I thought you (all) already dowloaded the package and fixed files, therefore the old package was obsolete. Do you have all files?
  10. Great! Sorry for confusion! I gave you the wrong link! I think I was a bit overtaxed with PMs, fixing of code, writing replies and providing new files. Now I am really relieved. Thanks so far! And thanks for your patience! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  11. Sorry! You're absolutely right. You never got the fixed files. Mea culpa! Errare humanum est! Sent you a PM! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  12. Thanks for your reply and feedback! Great! I am glad that you have no problems either. A third positive feedback! I am relieved. Thanks so far! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  13. I can't reproduce your problem. In my system it works perfectly. And Dave and mina don't have such problems anymore either. I asked you twice if you replaced the old files by fixed ones in your installation. Please check that and answer my question! PS: It's definitely not a problem of path lenght! It was just an assumption.
  14. Hi @NotHereToPlayGames, I have sent you two PMs without reply! My fixed files are working great with and without spaces in program path. It seems to be a problem on your side. Read my PMs! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  15. Thank you for quick reply and feedback! I am happy to hear that you have no problems either. Your feedback is very important for me! Thanks so far! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  16. Thanks for your quick reply and your feedback! Glad to hear that you have no problems. Your feedback is very appreciated! Thanks so far! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  17. Hi beta testers, @Dave-H, @NotHereToPlayGames, @mina7601 and @xpandvistafan, what's the status of testing? Any further problems? Does it work for you? I need feedback. Cheets, AstroSkipper
  18. Please completely black, bold and font size 18! Then it is more visible. Otherwise no one will find your tip! Have a look at my posts! Thanks
  19. Thanks for your comment and your opinion! I created this thread to provide all solutions at one place indeed. Solutions relating to AU/WU/MU should be found easily. All users can add reasonable solutions by commenting here. The goal is to let Windows XP live as long as possible. I didn't try this method but in most cases if security software iinterferes or blocks access to whatever, it's safer to make exclusions than to disable the modules entirely. Did you read my first post? I wrote: Maybe you can edit your post in that way. Have a look in my posts! And if you recommend to disable AV/firewall, please temporary only! Anyway, thanks a lot for your tip! Cheers, AstroSkipper
  20. Ok, I think if spoofing of specific browser engines was possible, it would be great for Windows XP's life span.
  21. But what does that have to do with my project? I don't see the connection. Spoofing specific browser engines? ProxHTTPSProxy?
  22. Very good! Glad it works for you! For Dave and mina it's working too. Good news! Fixing was apparently successful.
  23. Ok, so you test it with and without spaces. Right? And does it work for you? One PM sounds good but I think I'll leave it as it is. Dave and me are working on a special problem which is not a feature of my package.
  24. Hi @xpandvistafan, didn't know you'd be interested too. There are really more beta testers here than future users! But anyway, I'll send you a link via PM! And you will be my last beta tester! Too much writing of PMs! Cheers, AstroSkipper
