    I have updated package and therefore the old one had to be deleted on MediaFire. I thought you (all) already dowloaded the package and fixed files, therefore the old package was obsolete. Do you have all files?

    I can't reproduce your problem. In my system it works perfectly. And Dave and mina don't have such problems anymore either. I asked you twice if you replaced the old files by fixed ones in your installation. Please check that and answer my question! PS: It's definitely not a problem of path lenght! It was just an assumption.

    Thanks for your comment and your opinion! I created this thread to provide all solutions at one place indeed. Solutions relating to AU/WU/MU should be found easily. All users can add reasonable solutions by commenting here.The goal is to let Windows XP live as long as possible. I didn't try this method but in most cases if security software iinterferes or blocks access to whatever, it's safer to make exclusions than to disable the modules entirely. Did you read my first post? I wrote: Maybe you can edit your post in that way. Have a look in my posts! And if you recommend to disable AV/firewall, please temporary only!     Ok, I think if spoofing of specific browser engines was possible, it would be great for Windows XP's life span.

    Ok, so you test it with and without spaces. Right? And does it work for you? One PM sounds good but I think I'll leave it as it is. Dave and me are working on a special problem which is not a feature of my package.
