  1. Today, Pee Wee Herman was appointed to fill a position in Barack Obama's cabinet -- as Secretary of Mystical Endeavors -- a just-recently-created post.Mr. Herman replaces the former holder of the office, Howdy Doody, who became totally paralyzed when one of the strings connected to his lower back broke, thereby rendering him unable to perform his duties.Mr. Herman just barely received enough votes in the Senate confirmation process. The vote tally: 50 - 49, with Joe Manchin, Democrat from West Virginia, refusing to vote because he felt that Mr. Herman would bring "just too much intelligence" to the post.Furthermore, Mr. Manchin emphatically stated that "As everyone knows, it is the function of the Government to totally mess up everything, and Mr. Herman, who never messes up anything, just wouldn't be complimentary to the Government's mission."At the induction ceremony, when President Obama welcomed Pee Wee to his new office and said, "You are a fine, superb, outstanding Homo Sapien", Pee Wee had only three comments:#1 -- "Infinity"#2 -- "I know you are, but what am I?"#3 -- "What's a Homo Sapien?" So, to celebrate this auspicious occasion, I'm presenting a userbar I made a long time ago, to honor Pee Wee Herman. I think I've shown this userbar before on MSFN, but I feel, in light of these recent developments, that it deserves to be shown again. My cup runneth over with joy, given the knowledge of Pee Wee Herman's latest triumph.
  2. "In The Summertime" by Mungo Jerry, with the lyrics onscreen. William Shakespeare, the well-known "Bard of Avon", flew down from Heaven and gave Mungo Jerry the lyrics. Pure Shakespearean poetry, at its finest, IMO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOJcBwK_J6M
  3. The Murmaids, "Popsicles and Icicles"
  4. beautiful Celtic music to relax/meditate to -- full album The accompanying slide images are absolutely *mystically* beautiful. Check them out -- especially you, LostInSpace2012, because I know how interested you are in graphic images. If you see a slide that "speaks to you", you can always do a screensave capture, crop, and resize to MSFN signature proportions (max is 380x100px). Just scroll along the bottom "seek bar" and stop on the different images as they show up there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoktesLkHy8
  5. This post directly relates to my post at http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/5150-what-are-you-listening-to/?p=1073002, which discusses the TWERK and the profound effect that dance had on the lives of bphlpt and jaclaz. But I forgot to mention that dencorso was supposed to be in the group, but bphlpt and jaclaz kicked him out, because he was a much better TWERKer than they were, and they didn't want dencorso to show them up with his fantastic TWERK moves and make them look bad in the process. You see, dencorso learned how to TWERK by attending Carnival in Rio year after year. Oops, got distracted and my space-satellite train of thought fell out of orbit and just crashed into the Aegean Sea. To continue: Miley Cyrus is the present-day Queen of the TWERK. In 2013, she was recognized as the "Artist of the Year" by MTV. I'm really a big fan of hers, and I recently made two userbars honoring her:
  6. @LostInSpace2014: I like your new signature, shown at http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/171300-lost-in-spaces-sigs/?p=1071984 which depicts former US president Dick Milhous Nixon, on the right, bursting into flames on the day he had to resign his presidency, because he was caught robbing a Wells FargoTM truck. But what I truly love is your new avatar -- (also shown in the above link) -- which is clearly a picture of Samuel L. Jackson playing the character of Jules Winnfield in the 1994 American movie, "Pulp Fiction", directed by Quentin Tarantino, and starring Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol, and Pee Wee Herman. just acutely observing and accurately commenting, Larry
  7. An oldie but a goodie, "CREEP", by an amazing girl/woman trio, TLC. They be TWERKING in this video. BTW, TLC taught bphlpt and jaclaz how to TWERK, and they became so proficient at it, that they briefly thought of teaming up and touring the world dancin' the TWERK. But they nixxed that plan, and decided, instead, to *waste an inordinate amount of time* making posts on msfn.org. Oops, got distracted and my trane of thought fell off the bridge. Here be the video:
  8. An album, "The Best of Enya" -- Beautiful, meditative music from a *B*E*A*U*T*I*F*U*L* lady, Enya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZ91KDaW7kc
  9. Important announcement Please ignore this comment that I made in my last post: but i'm *still* a bon-bon-Hong-Kong-ding-dong-King-Kong-ping-pong-golden-gong-long-gone-lone-loon-good-goon-oboe-ogling-egg-nogg-drinkin'-thinkin'-stinkin'-blinkin'-plinkin'-blinkin'(2)-twinklin'-twiddlin'-piddlin'-fiddlin'-freaky-geeky-squeaky boondoggling aficionado of all them particular things -- individually, and collectively. for 2 reasons: #1 -- that be *too ignorant* -- even by my own standards #2 -- and most importantly, it diminishes the intellectual purity of SpaceCowboy111213141516's post about his sigs In fact, please disregard EVERYTHING in my last post, except for the *only thing* that made some sense: Thanks for your attention regarding this important matter, Larry
  10. Actually I consider them boons (the boobs, not the noobs). jaclaz Me too, jaclaz....me like 'em even more than bon bons, but i'm *still* a bon-bon-Hong-Kong-ding-dong-King-Kong-ping-pong-golden-gong-long-gone-lone-loon-good-goon-oboe-ogling-egg-nogg-drinkin'-thinkin'-stinkin'-blinkin'-plinkin'-blinkin'(2)-twinklin'-twiddlin'-piddlin'-fiddlin'-freaky-geeky-squeaky boondoggling aficionado of all them particular things -- individually, and collectively. Since you be talkin' bout boons, i sure hope you don't start rambling bout African and Arabian Old World monkeys belonging to the genus Papio, part of the subfamily Cercopithecinae baboons:
  11. WOW, thanks jaclaz -- I totally understand, now. I checked the link and read your post -- http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/149540-what-is-behind-the-green-glass-door/?p=954341 -- where you say "...and peeps with too much free time, but no noobs..." but you misspelled "boobs" and typed "noobs", instead.
  12. a floored floured flock, you mean, , floundering amidst floccules. jaclaz Yes, jaclaz, you are correct....................as you always are. First, i typed "a floored floured dodo bird flock flamingly flaunting flavored flatworms feverishly floundering amidst floccules", but I changed it to the phrase shown in my post......................... 'cause i was afraid peeps would think i be stuttering.
  13. "Took like 5 minutes just to view this thread." WOW, that is a long time, SpaceCadet2012. But you can put that time to good use, if you spend it picking your signature nose real good "Mostly just farting around anyway with these sigs." But, SpaceMystery1832, you be fartin' stinky sunshine with them sigs P.S. I think my favorite sig is the invisible sig you posted on thy last post P.P.S. I just noticed your new avatar -- a bunch of albino dodo birds, covered with flour, caught in a fierce snow storm. Great job, SpaceTimeWarp100BC !!!
  14. Aw, come on jaclaz............... fess up......... Paula O'Donnel ??????? that was really *you*, in drag, wasn't it (?)
  15. the reason i be so ignorant super smart be in a yowserbar me jest made: fer thine elucidation: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=yowser using "yowser" in a sintence: "Yowser!!! I just sat down on a tack, and my butt be sore." http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/elucidation using "elucidation" in a sentence of 40 years in prison: "So much is unresolved along the way that a violent minute of elucidation at the end produces some confusion." BTW, "Unresolved-Confusion" be mein middle name. And my sister's name be "Violet Elucidation". like in this picture: purgamentum init, exit purgamentum
  16. @LostInSpace1319: It seems that your signature is like your nose.................you continually pick it.......................and then flip the ones that don't measure up -- i.e., the "boogers"................. But, really, it snot a big deal.
  17. Since jaclaz went on and on and on and on about how much he admired and respected The Incredible Hulk and how he and The Hulk are BFF and how they used to skateboard together when The Hulk visited Italy and how he was the one who taught The Hulk to make that evil-looking face when he got mad and how they used to pull the wings off flies when they were kids and how they used to burn ants with magnifying glasses once they became adults and how jaclaz said he used to know Julius Caesar personally and how jaclaz always used to beat The Hulk at arm wrestling and how jaclaz used to shave the hair off The Hulk's back for him and how they once won the all-Italia frisbee championship and how, back in the 17th century, they were the ones who invented calculus..........and not Isaac Newton and Gottfried Leibniz and how............................... sorry jaclaz always puts me to sleep with his incessant droning on and on about the exploits of The Hulk and him so, I decided to collect together some userbars I've made about The Incredible Hulk, hoping that they would occupy jaclaz's imagination to the extent that he just might stop rambling on and on and on and on and on and on about the Hulk:
  18. well, LostInSpace1912, since you changed your signature to the green cucumber/watermelon/Zeppelin -- after I went on an on about how much I liked your new signature with the golden-brown colors, in my last post -- peeps are a gonna think i is ignorant so, thanks a lot...................................................................NOT !!!
  19. kinda like you.....huh, jaclaz.....'cause you always back up your propositions with facts and documented sources..... just joking, of course..... not joking here.....that was about *the best retort* I've heard in a long time !!!
  20. @jaclaz: I don't think The Incredible Hulk would have any trouble liking the green beauty in your spoiler. RRRARR! + KRAKKOOOOM = me luv green lady ........... in Hulk-speak.
  21. @tain: I think jaclaz was correct. Doesn't OT stand for "Overjoyed Thought" (?)
  22. @jaclaz: art does work in mysterious ways....... best not to wonder why....... now i'm gonna make a cucumber/watermelon salad and listen to some Led Zeppelin i don't have the slightest why........ i just follow my whims
  23. @LostInSpace2012: Do not laugh at threads, 'cause them is what holds your pants together, and keeps you from being arrested for being naked in public. Larry P.S. For some unknown reason, I now have a cravin' fer watermelon.
  24. Love the golden-brown colors in your new signature, and the distortion within the oval....and also the "small jagged extensions" on the oval's underside....stabilized with the final extension -- the oval's "base" at the very bottom of the oval. To me, that's more interesting than the "pure" oval in the signature you retired. I really like it. Looks like a sunrise, or a suggestion of a sunrise, on Earth -- or in some other parallel universe. Congrats !!!
  25. @LostInSpace2012: regarding your second signature: I like the "lava-flow" on the black background, the guitar, and Mr. Horsey, of coursey. What tune is Mr. Horsey going to play, once he meanders over to the guitar? Probably the theme song to Mr. Ed, I'll bet. http://horsefame.tripod.com/mred1.html Or maybe, Mr. Horsey will just sing the theme song, a cappella. I'm sure Mr. Ed would enjoy that. Why Mr. Ed might even join in the songfest with Mr. Horsey. Just can't beat a horsey duet, IMO !!! and finally, I think "Horsey Duet" would be a great name for a new *2-scoop* ice cream cone at Ben and Jerry's. and finally, this semi-intelligent (?) post was presented by larryb123456 and finally, I ain't horsin' around with any of my statements in this post.
