Yep, Dialup ISPs restrict sending mails on their own service only. I suffer from the same problem. When I'm on a different ISP I can only receive mails.

Just moved into uni accomodation, and they have a completely different phone network, charging net access at 2p a min (probably $0.03 USD per min?), so its very expensive, even on 56k. I'm gonna get this sorted out soon hopefully. start a petition or something like FthrJACK suggested

zipp, have you tried SFC with the corporate edition? Mine just keeps asking for the CD, even though its in there.

You'll get my vote for Nero too, should work with your Sony CD-RW. There's plenty of other cd burning applications you can use as well, such as CD-Mate, CDRWin, and NTI CD-Maker Like many other users say, Easy CD Creator is the most troublesome cd burning application on Windows XP.

SP1's had a lot of horror stories... Did you choose to 'archive' during the installation of SP1? If you did you should be able to uninstall it. Worth a try perhaps.

Depends on what you're interested in doing. If you enjoyed web designing with HTML, your next step would be Java Script, or ASP (but I prefer PHP to ASP ) If you like programming, and want to create software, then you would go with Visual Basic or C++, programming is extremely difficult though.

if the source code was leaked, then make sure you don't download overnet updates from any other site apart from Overnet.com (common sense ) It's growing, but still gets a lot of mixed responses to how bad and how good it is. Even Sharereactor is trying to test the overnet network with popular files, (which resulted in a lot of annoyed edonkey users really) eDonkey still has some life left in it!

I have the same as you, 2 History folders and 2 Temporary Internet Files folder, although its files are different, so its perfectly normal I guess.
