Yup, unfortunatelly you can't use tabs in two rows..Hopefully this option will be available in IE 8...

You'll get a box if you're logged on as another user than the one who has access to this folder.. If you're logged on as an admin you want be asked for creditentials since you're already authenticated to the network..
