www.easyphp.org Download The program and install it. It come with apache, php, mysql and phpMyAdmin. There is good tutorials in it. -

In Windows Exporer, Go to "tools" --> "Folder Options" --> "File Types" TAB --> Select the extension for the media (eg: .mpg) and click on change
