SOLVED No the files was not in use and yes I am the owner of the files. What I did to solve this issus is to add the "SYSTEM" in ntfs permision.

Hello guyz. I have hard time decrypting files that had been crypted using EFS. I can read, modify and rename them without any problems. But when i'm trying to decrypt them I get this error (on image 2) I have full ntfs permission on thoses files. That's not exactly what I'm looking for, I did a backup of my outlook data file (.pst) with strong encrytion enabled plus a password. Now I need back my data and I forgot what i've put for password. I've found some tools on google but they all revovery only the 2 first caracteres if i'm not buying the software. Anyone know a free tool ?

Hi guys, I've brought myslef an Apple AirPort Express on boxing day and it says it is only working with iTunes... not really.... I've found a little program called "JustePort.exe" from here that allow the computer to stream without iTunes. I can't figure out how it work. I'm getting "Exception: Atom 'alac' not found" error. Anyone can have an idea about this one ? Anyone Know another program that will allow me to stream from winamp or directly any sound getting out of my pc ?

User must first logon... Then the reg key is : My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\User Shell Folders. Edit the personnal String If you want to have the whole user directory moved that's another story.

@IcemanND, I did the BIOS update version A07 but it's still jamming at the same (only) when iPod is connected to my usb port.

Hey guys, My new iPod (g4) is not compatible with my 3 month old Dell inspiron 5160 Laptop. It work fine only after windows is loaded but it have to be disconnected when I boot up the computer or else the BIOS will stuck. Anyone Dell & Laptop user have this issue ? The Guy at Apple Support told me it is because I have SP2 on my computer. YA RIGHT !!!!!! Then He ask me if I love my iPod and I said yes but I don't like iTunes, I'm using Xplay. HO MY GOD!!!! That was even worse than SP2. That was the new cause of my problem. It stuck in BIOS Dump @ss, it has nothing to do with windows. I didi'nt told him that it was working perfeclty on my mom's computer withou any booting/BIOS issus. Here is what it look like when I boot up my Inspiron 5160. it stay in this position forever. here is a picture of the connections. There is a microsoft optical mouse in USB port 2 and my iPod in port 1.
