I think that a smooth progress bar can be done easily through StyleBuilder, just changing some values. I will try with Royale and then will decide if adding it to next version of XPize or not.
You're right, but I dont want to seem harsh or too protective. What annoyes me the most is that people dont move a finger in asking me for permission, simply that.
I've seen XPize addons for nLite here at MSFN. XPize is fully compatible with nLite, so there is no need of an addon. If you still want an addon, send me a download link and I will put the link in XPize's homepage. As you may know (stated in the license), redistribution of XPize can be only done through official website. Thank you very much for your understanding.
First of all, if you integrate XPize through nLite, you won't get WinRAR icons. If you want WinRAR skin, you can go to WinRAR homepage and download my XP theme (or install XPize normally, not through nLite).
Muaaahhhh I beat you finally @alsiladka: It would be great if someone opens a "My XPize Screenshots" and shows off all XPIze goodies Anyway, I have in mind a refresh of the XPize screenshots gallery.
Well, Notepad2 is only patched to add 128x128 icon support to the main icon. Just that, so you shouldnt be jelaous Anyway, I will have a look at this and see if I can play a bit with it.
XPize 4.4.2 Update: XPize 4.4.2 is out. I've just fixed a Norton AV 2006 false positive trojan detection some users were having. You can install it on top of version 4.4.1. Changelog Download Happy XPizing!
You can download XPize Guide at the homepage for more info. But basically you have 3 options: 1) Normal install once windows is installed (The one I recommend) 2) Silent install along with Windows installation (using the /S switch) 3) Integration through nLite (done in the hotfix integration page)
@ Francesco and all: Your first idea isnt bad at all. I will try to investigate that method, but how if I dont have the money to purchase it? Also, if I buy a Restuner license to be used inside XPize, I have my doubts if that would be legal (potential redistribution problems). You said you are able to develop a similar app. That would be the perfect solution and will make me and many 64 bit Windows users very happy. I would not doubt in donating you for this.

Nice, but no files to download
What if you download the XPize Guide? Go to XPize website and look for it in the frontpage. Also, I think someone made an XPize add on for nLite, but not sure who. Ask in nLite's forum.
Dont think so. Anyway few people have reported those bugs. The great majority dont have any problem with XPize. Nevertheless, I've added checking and switches so people can avoid any potential issue.
It works also for mp3 and so. The help Symonsays gave you is right. Also, you can look for "mp3file", and you will see another "defaulticon" entry which you can edit. I do that in XPize.
