use vista manager from yamicsoft it safely turn off unwanted services also u can revert changes anytime.

To Prevent logon loop after slipstream two components are hidden one is WLAN & other is windows firewall & related some components.

Tweaked Vista is much Better as there is no complications in installing service pack,updates or other applications but in vlited vista u might face problem like that component missing etc. Also tweaked vista is more stable than vlited vista.

Try windows 2000 driver with compatability mode but before installing other drivers.

Vista sp2 integration works fine even on Vista RTM with sp1 integrated through vlite. Only thing is that First you have to slipstream sp1 through vlite & then you can integrate SP2 through reverse integration. It worked for me & must be work for you also.
