I don't how you made the site, but the best way to make brilliant websites is to make the website as an image in photoshop or fireworks etc. and slice it. It gives a very high level of control and is "fairly" easy to do. I asume that you have already made most of the website, you could make sliced menu and place it in a frame. That would be easy and would'n ruin your current work. (Unless you course you intended it to be a one-page site).

Sure that test is reliable? (this is not a forged image) ... And just to make it crystalclear - my real download is about 23-25kB/s ...

If you want a transparent background you have to save the image as a gif file. What you proberly did was save it as a jpg image, right? Jpeg is vectorbased and there doesn't support transparency (at least not that Im aware of).

Did a quick search and it revealed that under Windows 2000 it means: rsvp.exe = QoS Admission Control (RSVP)

U click the "Install new package" and if you already downloaded you choose "from disk". When it has been imported you can remove the download iconpack. Then you just choose it from the menu and click apply

Well, I would never pay for anyone to make me a sig ... because .. its a sig!! A small and relatively lame piece of graphics... Besides, I can make 'em nice enought myself But I don't doubt that there will be some people that would pay ~10$ for decent sig, and let me honestly say Jay (hehe) ... Are u using a "home made" Cd or a Original cd? ... Have you checked that the drive isen't filled with dust? ... Is it all discs or just a few?
