    KB941569

Installed XP SP2 build using 1.7.2. WU reports 941569 as not installed.. does anyone else have this problem? HFSLIP.LOG attached HFSLIP.7z
  2. It's downloadable from the XPCreate website http://www.xpcreate.com/
  3. Looks like a bad build. new ISO runs fine thanks!
  4. RC5 -> still the same reboot -> still the same I'm building a new VM atm to test something else.. I will test it in the VM when it's done, maybe somethings wrong with my PC.
  5. hm okay.. I didn't look there, going to do a few more test runs, I only installed with the 1st run, and after that only checked the directory contents could be a bad build the 1st time. I will leave an update after the next few runs. Update: it's there, and used the old iso again, seems like a premature launch (T-12) wonder why. let's see what the next testrun does.
  6. Recently I was fiddling around with my file structure for HFSLIP, and needed the HFGUIRUNONCE again. But when I run the install from the created ISO it complains that Whateverfileinhfguirunonce.exe does not exist, wich is correct, because it is renamed to HFGUI1.EXE when searching I found that the file HFSLPGUI.CMD contained the reference to the "missing" .exe file HFSLPGUI.CMD @ECHO OFF cWnd.exe /hide @ CD %WINDIR%\HFSLIP START/WAIT Whateverfileinhfguirunonce.exe EXIT I tried the following versions so far: 1.6.4rc2, 71103a, 1.6.5, 1.6.6rc2 and 1.6.6rc4 and skipped right back to the oldest I could find: 70828a--tmpchk : same prob. The filenames have been changed to protect the innocent.
  7. RC4 gives al lot of "file not found" errors, and creates a file TEMP instead of a folder wich causes the file not found errors, manually making a temp folder during the process causes the error: TEMP\APPC wordt niet herkend als een interne of externe opdracht, programma of batchbestand (translated something like bad command or filename), serveral "random character" folders are made in the root of c:\ (probably also caused bij the temp folder thingie)
  8. Nope single core machine, in a VM, and real machine (P4 2.66)
  9. Strange -q works for me.. are you sure java is installed? else the install fails
  10. Bootscreen doesn't get applied here like the zune, but as you said, not the orange thingies
  11. Ah yes, that explains it.. tested rc2.. no problems.
  12. hmmmm.. tested 1.6.2rc1 WU claims roots update is not installed.. :s
  13. during testing with the newest test release i noticed sometimes I also had transparency working. After further testing I noticed that a run without deleting CAT files (DELCATS=) had working transparency.
  14. yup used the 70720b version, with the 70722a version everything is okay
  15. well .. .tested it.. and it doesn't complain about 933566, but WU did complain about WMP11 and updates for wmp 9.. might be a bad build testing again monday...
  16. Yes I'm interested in testing that.. works almost done.. so I've got a few spare minutes Running test now
  17. A run without deleting CAT files (DELCATS=) Solved it for me thx
  18. I don't use nLite, and png transparency doesn't work for me, your avatar, as wel as the indicator if someone is on/offline have a white background
  19. WU tells me to install it. when I put the update in HFSVCPACK_SW1 it doesn't Same for msxml6 but you already mentioned that here but putting it in HFSVCPACK_SW1 doesn't help there
  20. I have the same, putting the update in HFSVCPACK_SW1 helps
  21. Nope, tried it, and comes up with an install screen.
  22. On the dymanic list I noticed msxml2.msi is on the XP SP2 list but on the hotfix page here it states If so, what about msxml2sp6-kb887606-x86-enu.exe then? And MediaPlayer 11 is not selectable.. is this on purpose?
