  1. Hi. On http://unattended.msfn.org I found that service pack need to be integrated using this: msiexec /p C:\Visio2003SP2\VISIOSP2.MSP /a C:\Visio2003\VISPRO.MSI SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb But in couple of posts in this forum somebody mentioned that command needs to have SHORTFILENAMES=FALSE. So which one is correct? Cheers
  2. You already asked for this here http://www.msfn.org/board/Spliting_s_w_t105439.html. Why don't you read? Nuhi said that Vista support dividing to CD's, but not XP so what you request is not possible.
  3. Just add /noreboot next to the switch you used to make your install silent.
  4. Reboot is probably necessary, but you can add switch /noreboot to your silent install.
  5. In my opinion this is possible. You need first to install Win2000 on C partition and then Vista on some other partition. Cheers
  6. I edited my first post, because I did not see that you mentioned your version in topic title. Read my post now.
  7. Open Outlook. Click on View -> Reading Pane -> Right. Cheers
  8. Do you have all updates installed for office 2003. If not install SP3 for Office 2003 that Microsoft recently published. Maybe this will solve you problems. Also there is one article on Microsoft web page, but it is for Office 2000, but you can try that methods for this one version, too. Link.
  9. New version is out, for changes read history. Enjoy! Cheers
  10. Great news, I just added support for FrontPage 2003. I need to do one more testing and I'll post it here. Cheers
  11. For now this works only for CD1, maybe I'll added support for the rest of CD's in some of next versions. SHORTFILENAMES=FALSE ??? EDIT:Who told you this? According to http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/48/ it needs to be set SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE. And I integrated according to the page. Integration was successfully. After that I installed Visio with SP3 integrated and installation was successfully, and Windows Update did not show that I need service pack 3. So you are wrong. Cheers
  12. Yes, I made it successfully. Everything works perfect. Even with new Windows account everything is OK. Only on launch of Excel a progress bar appeared and it completed successfully (it did not asked me for any file), and then Excel launched. For the rest of applications I did not get progress bar and all of it are working properly. I don't know why are you guys having problems. Cheers
  13. Very nice, I didn't get any errors and no setup_IO.exe how do your program integrate if I may ask? I just used commands from unattended.msfn.org, and then I made GUI using AutoIt. If you are interested, new version is out. Visit this thread: http://www.msfn.org/board/Office_2003_Inte...or_t105275.html well I tried using the commands my self but got the errors shown in this thread, that's why I'm asking Dude, I sow on you screen shoot that you did not typed command correctly. You are missing SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE. In your case command should look like this: First command: msiexec /p MAINSP3.msp /a f:\Office2003\PRO11.msi SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb Second command: msiexec /p OWC11SP3.msp /a f:\Office2003\OWC11.MSI SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb Cheers

  15. It's OK to use cd with SP2 integrated, and maybe you should upload your last season so we can take a look. Cheers

  17. @TAiN Yes, I'm developing this. What do you want to tell you more? I wrote in first post what for is this program capable. If you have some specific question just ask. EDIT: If you are asking how my program is integrating, well answer is simple: I'm using instructions given on http://unattended.msfn.org. Since instructions are for SP2 I adapted it for SP3 and then I made GUI. @clavicle I'll upload it somewhere else, too.

  19. Why are you integrating KB923689 when you don't need it and you probably can't integrate it because this update is for: "Vulnerability in Windows Media Format could allow remote code execution", and affected one's are Microsoft Windows Media Format 9.5 Series and you are integrating WMP11 so you have Microsoft Windows Media Format 11 Series. Also, why are you integrating WindowsMedia10-KB936782-x86-ENU.exe, you don't need this. You are integrating WMP11 and you added on your list hotfix KB936782 which is for WMP10 . Cheers
  20. I just made integrator which will integrate SP3 into Admin install of Office 2003. If you are interested, download it here: http://rapidshare.com/files/58833527/OfficeIntegrator_final_.exe
  21. OK, I don't know about errors because I'm still not using Vista, I just made couple of discs using vLite to see how much I can reduce ram memory usage. I manage to cut it of about half (it use 200MB) but it's still too much because I can cut off XP to use just 70MB of RAM. So I'm waiting new version of vLite to see if I could remove more stuffs that are not important. Cheers
  22. Why to keep Error Reporting? You can remove it safely and you will not have any problems. When you are in components part of vLite just add this two lines in File Protection and you don't need to worry about anything: windows\system32\wer.dll windows\system32\faultrep.dll Cheers
