  1. @Bi0haZarD You said it works under WinMe and below. I tested it under Win98SE, however. I got the result I reported earlier. Be careful of your teacher! B)
  2. C:\Office2003\ is where you'd have the slipstreamed copy, ready steady, for future installation from anywhere to anywhere.
  3. @DLF If crahak's approach is to be followed, you only need two files: MSI+CAB! No other files needed. You find them here: C:\WINDOWS\Cache\Adobe Reader 6.0\ENUBIG\ I think.
  4. You can give more details, so we can help. This app was discussed many times. Many members, here, will be willing to help you. Just provide details.
  5. But when you get your new SIM, ask them for your PUK; then keep it written in a safe place. Some companies allow you to register on their site (www) then get your PUK for free. I'm a VODAFONE user and that's what I did.
  6. Your trick needs no special program to unlock that folder. Simply, anyone can go to a DOS prompt and type ren tech* data and they're done.
  7. where to add this ??? You put it in your batch file.
  8. You can use ADDLOCAL property as shown in my 7th post!
  9. SURE! This is why we use it to unattendedly instal Windows.
  10. Yes, but only for retail CDs not OEM CDs!
  11. Now, it's my turn! I have 1 invite. - chyronn was sent an invite. - fatalwoomera was sent an invite. - remaining invites were sent out, too.
  12. @Y3PP3R The page you linked is useful for reading! Explanations put there fall short of practical creation of MSIs, which is sometimes very complicated. For Winamp, as an example, it may take you several minutes to create your own package. But it may take you several nights/days if your purpose is to share your package. In either situation, the work you do is completely different!! Also, it requires different levels of knowledge. Different approaches are also used in either situation. Also, be aware that WinINSTALL LE lacks two important features: - It doesn't create a GUI for attended installation. - You can not touch the properties of your package, as it doesn't display the Properties Table of your MSI. However, going with the free apps, you can use two additional free apps to fill the missing features of WinINSTALL LE. Anyway, it's good you opened the hell! @RogueSpear I used your package of Winamp that's shipped with DFX. It's really a nice one. @Alanoll My guide focused on MSI editing in the first place. Many times I wanted to post guides there for packaging, but it's always time (the rare commodity). I feel sorry for that. I think it's a good opportunity that Y3PP3R created a new topic for this. @everybody If you don't have Win2000 Server CD, this is a direct download link for WinINSTALL LE.
  13. There's a topic for this. I can't recall it now. But, I kept the link. I think that's it: http://www.macromedia.com/go/fl_sw_installer
  14. This is how I do it. And yes, your intervals (4000, 5000) are quite enough.
  15. Yes! I PMed that method to muslim (the poster) and he reported the same result, too. Extraction method didn't work. I think we can stick to that script unless there's news. However, there's a good idea if you have a lot of pics other than those installed by default. Especially, if you frequently download pics and don't want to lose them when formatting your system drive. Have you tried something like that?
  16. You're supposed to slipstream it as follows. However, I haven't tested the slipstreamed version myself. So, you test it! Create a new folder anywhere on your hard disk. I'll assume you name it ABC. Put the following files inside ABC: 1- acdseepowerpack.exe 2- Update47.msp (MSP renamed) 3- ACDSee.cmd Now, run ACDSee.cmd! After ACDSee.cmd exits, ACDSee folder is created in the root of your system drive. Delete ABC, as it's no longer needed. To install, run ...\ACDSee\ACDSee.msi as described in my first post. The first ECHO creates Administrative Installation Point out of acdseepowerpack.exe! The second ECHO patches the AIP!
  17. @TheRealMethusela I appreciate your time. Very nice work. I've started printing them today. Thanks alot!

  21. If you have ACDSee 7.0 (Standard), this is the update. 2.68 MB If you have ACDSee 7.0 (PowerPack), this is the update. 2.73 MB
