@madboy nice job/work on the app, i havnt tested it as of yet, but im going to shortly when i get more time,, just a thought tho,, maybe a suggestion,,, wouldnt it be nice to add a autorun.inf file with the exe so that it will autostart automatically from the disk, ? or is this accomplished in another way which im not noticing, well either way nice work, this app looks like it has alot of potential and ill definatly be testing it out,

hi is it possible to use all driver packs ,, supported and non supported to create a standalone drivers disk that can do the same features,, like ,, install all drivers needed in a pc,, after it scans and sees whats in the unit ?

i found this tool for tweaking my ati vid card " ATI Tray Tools " i have a ati radeon 9700 pro, but i dont see any where in it on how to disable a hard ware mouse and also,, if i do this wouldnt that,, make my mouse to where i cant use it during normal pc use ?

the games just lower there selves to the taskbar,, to get back in the game all i have to do is raise it back up to activate the screen

well nothing nasty as i can see, ive ran a scan with trojan remover, spybot, adware, reg cleaner , cwshredder ,, and kaspersky well i just did a test to see if id still get kicked out / lowered out of the game ,, ,my test consisted of shutting the internet off and shutting all programs down, like security and everything else i use like avedesk and so forth,, there for only the game would be running during the test,, and what i notice is that,, some times the game has 2 mouse pointers 1 at the top of the game screen and when ever you move your mouse to high on the screen, like the top of the screen, the game automatically lowers you out of the game, placing the game on the taskbar.. any body have any ideals for that one ?

it can be installed at both time frames,, your wiint file seems fine are you using nlite by any chance to create your disk and if so are you removing anything from it ? like ie core ?

i dont believe im running any thing like that,, i never installed those, and they are not in my add and removes,, are those hidden applications ? and im just trying to play off line games

hi ive been having a problem playing most games from csi to simple games like chess ,, every time im in one,, some times the games lower to the task bar for no reason,, i used to think it was just when i put my mouse at the top of the screen but then i realised it happens randomly it can happen any time during a game,, when it lowers,, it just lowers to the task bar,, with out any errors,, ive checked the event log and cant find any errors for this im running xp pro with 80g hd with about 40% free and 1g of ram, all my drivers are up to date i have a sb audigy 2 and a radeon 9700 pro 128mb vid card i know this problem shouldnt be happening.. and its rather annoying while trying to play games does any body know what this problem may be originating from,, ideals ? this one is puzzling me.. thanks for any help or advice you could give

you wont be able to remove the select all feature,, that was a lot of work to integrate it into wpi's programming, the last few version's have been created to helm that 1 particular option you can just make sure to not set any printers as defaults,, and not to be rude but if they are in that kind of a rushing hurry that they fail to look / read what they are doing then this is most definatly not the program for you to set up for them to use

hi ive been toying with useing the hibernation effect on xp pro and i was reading this article here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/m.../hibernate.mspx it says in the manual section this im curious is there a possible registry setting that we could used to set/replace the "stand by" button with in the shut down menu to perminently be hibernate ? im not sure if thats possible but it would be helpful because i never use the standby feature and i havnt been using hibernate for very long

Yes, you are right. I'll have to repackage the stuff even with my own customized installe when Nero updates the application. However since I have the whole project documented, I only have to update some files and meaby add some regentries. Most stuff of Nero 7 is copied straight over from Nero 6 so underhood there isn't change much in several years. Just an enormous bloat is added I can tell most of the Custom Nero installer is done (95%). Only some file associations and meaby some reordening of components is left. I ship out the installer for free this weekend Setup filesize is just under 41 MB Installation footprint: 40 MB minimal* - 92 MB maximal** *Including Nero Burning Rom only **Including Nero Burning Rom, Nero CoverDesigner, Nero Toolkit Nero WaveEditor + AudioPlugins and VideoCD/SVCD Support and complete help. sounds good cant wait to take a look at it

id have to agree with dooby, cmd's seem to work fine and i have no ideal why they could be a draw back ,, they are easy to configure and set up with simple batch scripting ,, Swimming_Bird could you pls enlighten us this, id like to know your thoughts and reasons,, im not in this to debate just further my learnings, so i welcome all thoughts and beliefs btw: soon probably in the next release the cmd will become obsolete due to the integration of ktools , i believe with in the exe file it self it will call out and run all the programs that the cmd does at the moment. -------- but in a way i could see your thoughts about having the autorun.inf call out to a exe when all exe's are basically standalones, instead of useing a cmd,, which actually is a dependent
