  1. it is quite fast but it is quite awkward for desktop users. and I have no plan to put this change to UXP based browsers since UXP works a bit better than goanna3 engine.

  4. Hello, I am looking for an update list for Windows 8 6.2.9200 (but not for 8.1). So that after their integration / installation, Windows Update will either find nothing or only propose a newer version of Windows.

  5. I recently gave the Extended Kernel another try recently (with a 2000 disk with updates nlited in it) and found a fair amount of success. I had a ati HD3450 512 mb card going with blackwingcat's 10.7 drivers. I was wondering if there were any custom drivers for more modern ati cards like the R7 240 2gb version?

  7. Hi there, Need some help hopefully to guide me about what browser I should choose between New Moon 27 and New Moon 28!! Due to the turmoil between Fedorov and Toobin over MyPal, I realize I will have to change as I don,t expect anything to be happening in regards to updates any time soon,, I do not understand the differences between the 2 versions of New Moon, (27 & 28)..so I would like some input in which one I should choose, hopefully with your reasoning .Don,t really want to DL both of them to test out)!!...Is there a big difference beteen the 2??? I am just a general user with no demand for special heavy programs....Have a I3 Intel Processor with SSE 3.07GHz and 3GB Ram.. Thanks for your help,

  10. well peoples think "what you gonna do about it" and pay more to them instead of actually doing something like boycott companies until they change their way. Last Windows I paid was Windows 7 that I needed to have full paid retail version to my use or would not pass auditing. I currently got personal ban on Windows 8, 10 and 11 on my network and only use them work. If Microsoft changes their way of doing operating system I will be more than happy lift the ban but I doubt it . And before someone says Windows before it had issues too I am aware of them but at end they were solid and reliable products (Windows 3.x and 98FE as expections ) that made powerusing much easier. I am using linux if need new os which sadly seems to be going same path. System D as good example . Luckily Systemd free distros exist. Also cannot go linux full time on personal system since Windows games wont work, mix of package managers is hell etc so. no perfect soluction

  11. Kinda no surprise there. We have regional dealers that are caught holding back fixes like that more often than you might think. There are 300-some "robots" at the factory and 260-some all run XP (I would be fired if I posted a picture, these robots build electrical parts for BMW, Daimler, and Ford and warranty-only parts for a GM model no longer used in current production vehicles). The funny part is the teenage kids working the factory floor right out of high school, "We could build parts faster if that robot was upgraded to Windows 10." You reply, "XP is actually fastest for this application, it's an embedded OS on a socket-479 90nm cpu running at 1.8 GHz with a 400 MHz bus." Their eyes glaze over like they just missed the bus and have to walk to school.

  12. as I stated before, I don't compile point-releases. dev branch are compiled but (mostly) not uploaded since there is still some bugs that preventing for daily use. and I compile it as verification to see if those changes are working on windows.
