pcandpc
Hello?I'm using Windows ME and would like tosuccessfully/completely uninstall an application. However, this application doesn't have its ownuninstall method nor is this application listedunder Control Panel's Add/Remove program list. How can I do the complete uninstall of this programsuccessfully? Should I play with the registry editor? Thanks. Edited December 26, 2005 by pcandpc
LLXX
If it's a small program, just delete it's files and then search for and delete the program's registry entries normally under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software. Andromeda43
No responsible technician is going to answer that question without knowing "What is the name of the program in Question"?For instance.....Norton System Works puts nearly a thousand entries in the registry. How would you like to remove those, manually? So, if you'll ask the right question, you'll be more likely to get the Right answer.Cheers,
