I don't use any program to change the way it looks. All of the programs I've seen make it take up more room. I like the room to be available to the applications showing in taskbar.

I'm not aware of any registry settings that control the clock font directly, but it can be changed with a custom theme. There is a program called Style Builder that is used to create themes.

I'm lame. I use the normal system clock for XP to show the time, day, date and keep it synchorized with SocketWatch from RoboMagic Corp.
