thats what ive been thinking, i havnt had a virus is a while now, so im just thinking of running a virus scan like once a month just in case but i dont want norton, so im thinking of using mcafee, u guys think this is a good choice?

Trying out Norman Virus Control at the moment. It's got an interesting "sandbox" feature which is supposed to catch new, unknown malware and retain it in the Sandbox so it's isolated from the OS ...

Seems good and low on resource usage and so far it's promising ...

Using a years trial version of Computer Associates EZ anti-virus. Installed it from one of those old, discontinued Feb04 MS Windows Update CD-ROMs. It takes little disk space, has excellent update options and has little impact on system performance :thumbup
