It is what BartsPE was originally based off of. BartsPE has grown to encompass lots of little extras, like plugins, and ease of use.It is not like BartsPE because it can be 32 or 64 bit. WinPE 2k5 also has RamDisk support (meaning it can be loaded via RIS, PXE, and ADS.And your second question, I'm not sure what you mean.

Just had to put your stuff in the AMD64 folder rather than i386.
May 1, 200521 yr I just made a UXPCD with Win64 too.....no problems at all. Just copied my winnt.sif to the amd64 folder, $oem$ stays the same and WPI works great too.
May 2, 200521 yr i think someone got x64 confused with longhorn, longhorn will req winpe for unnattended installs because dos will be 100% MIA, and as a side note there is no winnt.sif file on a normal xp cd either, there is only one there if you put it there nothing has changed.

May 2, 200521 yr I seriously dunno what the problem is...it found my SATA drive fine...during windows setup...maybe it depends on the type of chip or something...I have a DFI LP nF3 250 board.

Just had to put your stuff in the AMD64 folder rather than i386.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>I agree unattended CD based installation using winnt.sif is no problem.But network based installation via winnt32 is a problem without winpe.RIS or PXE installation will work but it's an overkill for my environment.Sorry that I don't pointed out enough that I want to make a network based installation with the x64 clients.
May 4, 200521 yr Working with the Final Release of 64bit XPMy VIA SATA drives are not found.will have to find a way to integrate them in the future.
May 6, 200521 yr Finally slipstreamed all drivers and typing this off a successful installation of an unattended xp64 cd on a raid 0 partition. Mobo is MSI Neo2 NF3 and I used exactly the same method as I did for my earlier 32bit installations.
