Aegis Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 Nvidia, no doubt. Unless if it were the best GeForce 6 compared to Radeon X800. Then I would choose Radeon.
puntoMX Posted March 12, 2005 Posted March 12, 2005 I use both, ATi and nVidia. The best cards I use are overclocked and unlocked 6800LE cards, they are the best for the price (AGP) and the 6600GT (AGP) is coming close behind the 6800LE .
buletov Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 nah, i like more silent and smaller, ati cards...
SiMoNsAyS Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 nah, i like more silent and smaller, ati cards...<{POST_SNAPBACK}>could say more but this fits pretty good
rjz Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Nvidia at home. Both at work. For some reason ati makes real good laptop gaurds with dual video out and can still keep the lcd goinf. Nvidia can't.
matrix0978 Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 I use nVidia GeForce, but i have used ati in the past i would have to say i like the ati cards better.
Phyridean Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 I've had success with both...I used to have an Nvidia TNT2 32 MB in the old days, and I've since been through a radeon 9600se and now an X800 Pro. All have been great cards with reasonable performance. (Even the 9600se if I didn't compare it to anything )
xpyrate Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 i think it's more of an opinion than anything else as to which you choose as neither are really better than the other ... I use ATI but I miss the nVidia control panel but that is not to say ATIs control panel stinks
godan Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 ati is best, i used to love 3dfx till they got eaten by nvidia... i guess i still have some hate for them because of that, but none the less nvidia has nothing that even comes close the the greatness that is an All-In-Wonder.
trickytwista Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 my preference is nvidia but i guess its each to their own...cheers
mtvento Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Used nvidia up to now, now I'm waiting for a new radeon x800pro card....
