durex Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 I need a simple little program that will record my actions of only a particular section of the screen and dump it to video.IE: Lets say I wanted to make a video of right clicking the task bar and choose lock task bar... I dont want to record the entire screen, I just want it to record a lower block of the screen which will show the context menu.Hope this makes sense... and more importantly, I hope theres an easy program out there that does this...Thanks!NM... found a great one that does this and a ton of other cool, useful stuffSnagIt

durex Posted February 17, 2005 Author Posted February 17, 2005 Yea... this program friggin rules.. in addition to video capture, you can use it to capture the text from windows message boxes... so lets say you keep getting this error and you want to post about it.. instead of manually retyping it you just use this and it magically copies the text out of the message box!Amazing!
SiMoNsAyS Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 does it capture video overlay? for example the video output of any tv tuner card?
durex Posted February 17, 2005 Author Posted February 17, 2005 I dont believe so... its mainly designed to capture user actions, message boxes, MS Office stuff and the such.
