RyanVM
OK, I've got them all. Time for playtime B)And now for some good news...If you take the following 13 files from the cabs downloaded from the image above, compress them and put the files in your i386 folder (replacing the old ones), Windows Update v5 works as if everything was installed.cdm.dlliuengine.dllwuapi.dllwuau.admwuauclt.exewuauclt1.exewuaucpl.cplwuaueng.dllwuaueng1.dllwuauhelp.chmwucltui.dllwups.dllwuweb.dll well that's neat and easy to do

Jito463
Here's all the WUv5 files compressed with makecab and RAR'ed up into a single, tidy package that just needs to be extracted to your i386 directory.http://rockent.brinkster.net/Files/WUv5.rar
MtK
@RyanVM I don't know about the size you wrote...In my case I have it CABed & RARed as Jito463 did, & it's only 1.10 MB...

The size I quoted was for an entire update pack, of which the updated WU5 files are a single part! Hello, there was a giant code block right under that saying everything included in the 4.85MB pack . RyanVM
*slaps his head*forgive my father, cause I've sin... . For what it's worth, I meant that as I was slapping my own head in frustration, not slapping yours. And your comment was just a bit of a boiling over point for me. It's becoming an epidemic on these boards that people don't bother to READ before posting, it only ends up irritating the better contributers and (in some cases) drives them away.Nothing personal, that much I can assure you
