It means that he posted big pics in the topic (without a link) and that they people with 56k have to wait tons of time for it to download... Therefore, it LAGS (slows down) their connection.

ceez Posted June 22, 2004 Posted June 22, 2004 run windows updates...you migth get lucky....the fix croocked case update...hackers can access your computer via IE6 and bend your pc like a coke can...this update will disable this other great hole of IE! but in reality, that's one crazy bend.... a couch must of fallen on top of it....goodness.
