Rar Archives

I tried to unpack rar archive using Winrar 4.20. No success. I have attached archive to check. Report to me software and version if you unpacke it successfully.

That is "Rar 5" format

For example WinRar v5.91 opens it. 7-Zip v19.00 or current opens it.

No issue on WinRAR 6.01
