Dr. Drill
20 hours ago, dmiranda said: Following your instructions (but using HxD32) I was able to run tor, but couldn't find a way to change the headers for obfs4proxy so it can run in XP (neither with HxD32, nor with wxmedit and other freeware hex editors). It's probably my very very limited experience doing such things. I even tried with patchPE32! I did not think that this would cause difficulties. It is very simple. You can also use HXD32. You just need to change two bytes - address 000000C0: value "06" -> "04" address 000000C8: value "06" -> "04" Add: Archive with all files for compare - https://www.upload.ee/files/16405923/tor-win32-0.4.7.11_WinXP.zip.htm MD5: 28f9256aba8f729b97f8318089738b56 Edited March 19 by Dr. Drill
dmiranda
Perfect now, obfuscation working. Thank you very much. As per snowflake, I'm using now the settings in proxallium (0.4.3.0), which I use as gui, but will have to test and learn a bit more to see if it's really working. Thanks again. snowflake_path=Tor\snowflake-client.exe snowflake_args=-url=https://snowflake-broker.torproject.net.global.prod.fastly.net/ -front=cdn.sstatic.net -ice=stun:stun.voip.blackberry.com:3478,stun:stun.altar.com.pl:3478,stun:stun.antisip.com:3478,stun:stun.bluesip.net:3478,stun:stun.dus.net:3478,stun:stun.epygi.com:3478,stun:stun.sonetel.com:3478,stun:stun.sonetel.net:3478,stun:stun.stunprotocol.org:3478,stun:stun.uls.co.za:3478,stun:stun.voipgate.com:3478,stun:stun.voys.nl:3478 BTW: snowflake comes in https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-archive/torbrowser/12.0.7/tor-expert-bundle-12.0.7-windows-i686.tar.gz, tor/plugable transports. Bridges and how tos are there. To make it run in xp you will also have to change references to kernel32 to kernel33, as the Dr. Drill instructions. However, you will have to trust and have enabled webrtc. If you do, it should work well, I reckon. Edited March 19 by dmiranda
