I wonder myself it its badly raised people or something, bad egotists - without question and no regard to others. You should see the city after the new year eve, and after some other holidays and spring break from college takes months to clean up and that beach may never unless people change habits. I'm sad to have to say this, but I'm (more than a little) worried that good manners and respect for others and what I would consider 'common sense' concern for others is going away.
