msfntor
Raccoon cuddles with deer: video shows how intimate their friendship is By: Lara-Sabrina Kiehl Raccoon "Jasper" is an orphan just like deer "Hope." In a wildlife sanctuary they get to know each other and from then on they are thick friends. Some friendships are simply connected by something very special. Often it's shared experiences that weld them together - but sometimes it's also the heavy blows of fate. They, too, often strengthen the invisible bond of friendship. Will this also be the case for raccoon "Jasper" and deer "Hope"? Perhaps yes, because both have lost their mama much too early, writes landtiere.de. Raccoon loves deer: Video shows the cute friendship Raccoon "Jasper" is just like deer "Hope" an orphan. In a wild animal sanctuary they get to know each other and are thick friends from then on. Every day, raccoon "Jasper" visits his friend "Hope." © Instagram (texasfawnandfriends) It's a rainy day when raccoon "Jasper" is abandoned by his mom. At this point, he is just three weeks old. But luckily, people find the helpless baby raccoon and call Carry Long, who runs a wildlife sanctuary. Although she specializes in rescuing orphaned deer through her nonprofit organization, Texas Fawn and Friends, she decides to take in the raccoon. Also orphaned is a baby bear sitting crying on the side of the road. msfntor
Baby bear sits crying and lost on side of road - mother died in car crash By: Sina Lück n Tennessee, a mother bear is killed by a car. After the accident, the baby sits crying on the side of the road. It urgently needs a replacement mama. Tennessee (USA) - In the US state of Tennessee, a bear cub sits desperately on the side of the road, crying. Where is mummy? The baby probably asks itself this question over and over again. What the helpless animal does not know is that its mama is not coming back. Because shortly before, the mother bear was killed by a car - and now can no longer protect her baby. Mother bear killed by car - her baby sits crying by the roadside Without their mothers, bear cubs can only survive from the age of about five months. Until then, they are completely dependent on them. When a passerby discovers the animal, only a few weeks old, in the Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee, it is immediately clear to him: the baby bear urgently needs help. He immediately alerts the non-profit bear rescue "Appalachian Bear Rescue" (ABR), which cares for orphaned and injured black bears. They also take the new bear cub into their care and affectionately name him "Peace Bear." All night long, keeper Coy feeds the little bear, who is to be moved to a new foster home as soon as possible. An orphaned bear cub cries for its mama. Because baby bear "Peace Bear" lost his mama, his rescuers find him a new home. © Facebook (Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency) Mother bear killed by car - wildlife caretakers find perfect replacement mama Mother bears adopting other people's cubs, while not uncommon, is a very delicate undertaking. "Timing is critical," Bear Rescue emphasizes on its Facebook page. "The first challenge is finding a wild sow who can support another hungry cub." In the search for a new foster family, staff turn to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA). Sure enough, they know the perfect surrogate mom for the little peace bear. TWRA officials tell the caretakers about a mother bear who is nursing two cubs of the same age. She has adopted orphaned babies in the past. Mother bear killed by car - rescuers carry Peace Bear in backpack to den With Peace Bear in their backpacks, Coy and TWRA Officer Steve Massengill set out the next morning for the bear den, located in the mountainous terrain of the Cherokee National Forest. On their hike, the men must stop repeatedly to feed the bear cub. "The foster cub has to be full enough not to make too many loud noises as you approach the den and hungry enough to be nursed by its new mother as soon as it enters the new den. It's a delicate balance!" As they approach their destination, they breathe a sigh of relief. For the mother bear is in the process of nursing her two cubs. "The timing was perfect!" the bear rescuers rejoice. Mother bear killed by car - now her baby has new siblings The reunion of the bears is also going like clockwork. Gently and with the necessary safe distance, Coy and Steve set the cub down at the entrance of the den. "Peace Bear dashed into the den very quickly. We caught one last glimpse of his little feet as he disappeared from sight to join his new bear family," Appalachian Bear Rescue is overjoyed. The mama bear also welcomes her foster child with open arms. She stretches out her paw and pulls the cub close to her. Wildlife keeper Coy is certain that Peace Bear feels right at home with his surrogate mother* and his new siblings. Because all he hears are happy noises from the nursing of the baby bear gang. For the animal patchwork family, the adventure will probably begin in mid-April: then the bears will leave their den and explore the big wide world. Take care, little bear! msfntor
...Cane Toads In Oz (on the previous page) Yes, animals give us a good example, that first of all it's love that counts in life....it is enough to reach out a hand and the animals go to it. In the forest there was a pond, and it was full of toads, in the spring. It was the time of love, all the toads loved each other. It was enough for me to stretch out my hand, and some of them went to me, climbed on it, full of love for me! All of them were smeared in mud as a defense against birds of prey (eagles); seeing an eagle, the toads froze motionless and thus became invisible to the soaring eagles...That's why it is forbidden to clean the toads of mud - because they would become visible to predators! The same happens, for example, with dragonflies: you pull your finger out very slowly, and already the dragonfly carefully enters your hand - a wonderful experience! And they allow you to take beautiful pictures , I have a lot of them. All nature is positively disposed to other living things, flies too, well .... - except the carnivorous animals! I do not recommend experiences with lions or wolves, which you do not know.... Do you have similar experiences?.. https://getwallpapers.com/collection/dragonflies-wallpaper Edited August 27, 2022 by msfntor
