noticed the change in the extension manager.

DirRemove=%Profile%\Default\File System not set in the loader.ini yet.
share page (qr code) on right click still there and non functional. (option not present in v13.2206)
otherwise no issues or changes found.

tested v13.2206-5  against html5test again just for "fun", crashed in under 5 seconds.
alpha 8 still stable here with the default or my profile. (day 10 after starting with the ru beta version)

and with regards to the cert issue on xp (reported working with the minibrowser build by Humming Owl in another thread).
minibrowser (besides having other problems) just hides the red https padlock and shows "cert valid" clicking the lock icon.
inspect further and it will show that it is actually not.

build v11.2031-4 shows green https padlocks , but on page / property it will also show invalid.
don't know why later versions show the red padlock but the mentioned v11 only provides a false sense of cert security.

chromium based browser on xp just do not work with ecc certificates and some other newer ones.
no way around that , not even with the cert updater 1.6.

no problem.
few questions.

360Chrome\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extension State\ , the log file size increases over time.
can delete and will be recreated on next run at a small size without issues.
any info on that please ?

second , v13.2206-4 has an extended loader.ini that takes care of the above and more.
any disadvantage in using that over the default ini in v13.5.1030 ?

third , does the extended ini needs any modifications for use in v13.5.1030 ?

if so , could you post a new one please or send it in a pm ?

I use the extended .ini from v13.2206-4 in my own copy (should not require modifications but I have not verified that as of yet).

The Extension State depends on which extensions you use so I left that for the end user to decide/experiment for themselves, some extensions require the log file and some do not (when the log file contains browser history, I boycott that extension!).

The only reason I reverted the .ini for the public release was because some users didn't like that cookies and passwords were not remembered from one session to the next (I personally do not let my browser remember my passwords).

"Extension State depends on which extensions used"
got that , learning as i go.
added this for now to the default ini:
FileDelete=%Profile%\Default\Extension State\*.log

FileDelete=%Profile%\Default\Local Extension Settings in the extended ini has folder entry's i don't even have.
will go with the dafault ini for now , modified for my use as intended.

now off to run the new A9.
no news is good news.
grtz.

Yeah, more of an illustration on how you can use the .ini to delete extension logs for extensions that don't need those logs from one session to the next.

Those folder entries would be one or two of the extension I was using at the time.
