Dibya that is only for Asmedia SATA controller not Intel.  Was this on the AsRock Motherboard?

Did you finish Intel USB 3.0 unmodified XP version?  Let me know.  I have temporary system ready for testing.

To get drivers work only ntoskrnl is need to be modified or all other 3 kernel?  Other moder from 2K community did with all kernel but I want to know whether that is mandatory or not 

I think you also need the kernel mode driver framework - wdfldr.sys and wdf01000.sys

But I admit I could be wrong about that.
